I'm puzzled by the multiple ways I've seen the D bracket and the long actuator installed. The most recent installation video shows both parts on the east side, not the west. I originally installed mine as the video and manual show, on the east side. Due to the actuator being miswired, I wanted confirmation that the video was correct. I was informed on Eco-Worthy's forum that it was incorrect and they both should be on the west side. I repositioned my unit as I was instructed and it's the same as yours. My actuator when going fully east, before going flat, pressed against the frame and hardware, was bent and seized up. Looking at yours, it's the same as mine was. So, why didn't yours bend the actuator? I'm presently waiting for a new actuator. This is E-W's latest assembly video and it shows both parts on the east side. ruclips.net/video/TXlBao90nLI/видео.html
