you gotta read into 2pac more to understand and then you will retract your statement 2pacs goal wasn't to be the best lyricist although he could put lyrics together better then most in his heart he knew he had a story to tell and a message to get across to his people his thoughts on being the best lyricist was what does the listener get out of it he was a poet he didn't wanna go that route he had a story to tell lyricist in his eyes were confusing to the listener no one takes anything from it although it may be a hot verse its short lived and forgotten as to where 2pacs music had emotion and feeling in it he could make you smile laugh or cry and help you through hard times and he is gonna live on in the hearts of millions forever because of it and although eminem is a great artist if you pay attention he tells you outright 2pac is the goat there's no one like him he literally just did a interview last week talking about 2pac and how he was so good at putting words in the right place to make the listener feel it emotionally that's just the more recent interview but there is multiple he was and is a huge fan of 2pacs life and music he even describes watching the news seeing pac died if you watch that interview you will understand a little better the level pac was on
