1:10 i think this is for over speeding vehicle when you go above on the speed limit that is a nice purpose so the cops don't even bother giving speeding tickets to stop the vehicles it's just go to taxes i think and that is not cctv i think that just take a picture to your number plate on vehicle's so it would directly go to taces i think
