From 2015 to 2019 i helped out as dev on a shit on of servers. (They mostly asked me for help when they reached a point on which they can't find a issue or hit a wall while trying to implement something. Sometimes i even had to write a entirely custom plugin...)
It's very very common that the owners don't know much about their servers. Often they don't know any of the basic commands of their plugins or what plugins are even running. (I had people ask me to write them commands to ban or teleport players - on a bukkit server with essentials plugin installed [If you don't know, they add all kinds of commands like /god /ban /invsee etc. and are basically used at almost every server in one or another way]... no joke...) Some are even never online ever. They rather have staff manage all of that. Often even the staff and server development itself.
Only on about 10% of these servers i was interviewed/hired by the owner. Most of them never knew i ever was on their server touching the server files or even talked with me. To be fair, my job often was done within hours, but on some of them i was on them for almost a month to finish my work... (I even still have access and rank on a bunch of servers i worked on because they never bothered to remove it afterwards lol...)
The worst kind of owner are these "fake friends". There are literally owners that have their stuff disguise as the owner from time to time and be nice to the players to make the server more appealing to them to keep them playing and suggesting updates (and buying stuff).
So yeah. From my experience, F1nn is one of the best owners out there. He might not be very up to date, but at least he knows his server pretty well enough, even tho he does RUclips and Twitch too.
So, if i would consider playing on one of those servers, i think his server would be my 2nd choice of all servers i came across in all these years.
EDIT: I don't work as dev for Minecraft Servers anymore because i ain't got the time for that. And definitely not for free or some f'in rank on your server - or worse, "exposure" (I often have literally more clients then i can handle sometimes). I'm making avg. 195$ a hour at my current job. Would be surprised if you could afford that. So, stop asking guys. There are tons of good dev's in the Minecraft community within your budget.

As for the emerald dragon I bought, I sold it on for 400bil, and the zeus one would have sold for over a trillion at the time I sold the emerald.

idk if you know this or not f1nn but one of the enchants you upgraded cluster bomb is a fireball if u click Q it has a 5 mins cooldown and launches a fireball that creates a hole then throws out 8 other tnt after the fireball hits also they holes they create become bigger as you lvl up the enchant but u maxed it out so enjoy :)
