You can use both terminals at the same time (with different wires), however, you can’t exceed the transformer wattage. In this example, the transformer is 150w, so putting 100w on 12v & 100w on 15v, will exceed the limitation. You’d need a larger transformer - be next size up in generally 300w. Great question!
