@@LoveyQuinn depends on what perms he gave. If the owner gives the perm adminstrator, then he cant ban him, BUT he can remove his role the BAN him. If the owner chooses every other perm other then admistrator then he can ban without removing his role, hope it makes it clear lol it is very complicated

You give him The Mod. He kicks you or bans you or Can mutes you
Not if the owner role is above the mod role.
If you can give someone mod, then he can't ban you. That is how discord works
