Very well put, I'm a new Dori player and I have to say that It would be difficult for me to decide in which situation play that. But still its value is obvious even to me!
I’ve played Dori few times and situations to play this are plenty. E.g: your only buff this turn are attack reactions. You do an attack with dawnblade without any buff nor go again expecting your opponent to react or defend. He knows you want to play a reprise card so he let the 3 dmg in. With this card you can force him to activate your reprise reaction that would give you the dmg boost or the go agin you need. And that example it’s just one use, you can force then to waste a card if you have a bad hand and they want to keep their full hand so you make then lose tempo, not taking into account it’s a blue that can serve to pitch and defend with.
7:45, wouldn't provoking a dreact force it to be discarded? I hope you take some time resting Josh, you sound sick! Small edit,if our opponent has already defended us while we have dominate through determination, if we use provoke,is he forced to discard it because he can't add it as a defending card?
The DeReact comment is if your opponent sacks a 2 block from hand, they'll need another card to block with if they want to cover a now Reprise-Enabled weapon. Dominate, we'll have to wait for the Rules Reprise for an official word.
When you say it is a 1 on 1 card trade, it is not quite. If you provoke a 3-block they are still blocking for 3. This card is a sure addition to most warrior decks cause it is a 3 block blue, but it doens't add clear value (like blade flurry for example), you gotta find ways to use this properly so it doesn't have negative value output.
Warrior sirens call is pretty sick

This is the most exciting dori card in a long time. I want it to be out now lol
