Good price! We purchased a similar-sized house in Bangkok ten years ago. Our monthly mortgage was 52,000 baht plus 2000 baht a month association fee.
Nice, yeah I liked this house :)
That's close to my village, if you drive up 10 minutes more you'll find land and houses. could be an interesting video there as well, the park is beautiful
Yeah would be good to see the houses at your village as well, will see if I can find any for rent :)
Perfection, almost. Really homely, good quality and plenty of furniture, good kitchen(s), modern, well laid out. Its such a shame that it doesn't really have any outdoor space to enjoy. But most new homes are like this now, fit the biggest possible house on the plot so you are almost touching your neighbors. I appreciate the opportunity to look around, thank you.
Thanks Deby, yeah I think the lack of outside space is one of the drawbacks of lots of houses in Thailand
I live in a Setthasiri project here in BKK. The house more or less looks exactly the same, layout and all.
👍
Thanks Jon, I agree, what a lovely place. Lovely furnishings, I could happily move in.
Yep, an awesome house :)
I know that housing estate. Quite luxurious houses.
Yeah, houses are great here :)
Thank you Jon. Appreciate the video.
Thanks Brian :)
Nice home & nice neighborhood ! Wonder what they sell for in there. Last year we drove past that gate but never went in to look. Thanks for another video !
Thanks Mike, I think around the 8 million mark for a house like this one.
Always look forward to look at your videos now, you got me hooked. Great job, thanks!
Thanks mate, appreciate that!
Very good value for money. $1000 will get you a 25 sqm shoebox studio flat in the South East of England plus eye watering council tax / energy bills….. where did we go wrong 🤔
Yeah can't go wrong in Thailand!
Yes more homes rental please!
Hope to be recording a few tomorrow :)
Interesting thanks! A Sansiri development - reminds me of my Sansiri house in BKK, pretty much the same layout. Wonder how much to buy?
Thanks Andy :) I think they are around the 8 million mark for a house similar to this one.
Great place. Question, have you got a video on your channel of your own home :)
I need to a do an updated one :)
@@JonInChiangMai, ah okay
Would love to know the minimum time to rent these apartments and houses that you're looking at.
Usually it's either 6 months or 1 year minimum.
What are the monthly village fees on that house?
Not sure but those would be paid by the owner
But what if you bought a house and were the owner?
Don't like it at all ! Everybody can see you from all sides...
