The target should be that this book should reach most of the Hindu households in the U.S. I find that most parents are utterly ignorant of what’s being taught to their children in schools.
I think that time has come for Hindus everywhere to back Krishna and Dr. Singh to write an entirely our version of Hinduism ( A real version )

Lovely work guys! The current culture of India can be traced back to the earliest culture and traditions of recorded history - in Mesopotamia and Egypt. It is important to protect it. This wisdom belongs to the entire world. Missionaries have used the "hinduism-created-castes-and-caused-your-poverty" storyline in India to convert the labour communities to christianity. They have used it very effectively to create hate between communities in India. And to keep the flock together, it is very convenient for them to keep this storyline going.
The religion-race nexus is also a reason. Very similar to how south american civilizations are still portrayed as barbarians who sacrificed their young and pulled out the beating hearts of people - and thus were saved by the Spaniards bringing Christianity. Just go to Peru and see the history of how the local leaders were hunted down when they tried to bring back their religions. Even in Mexico, the mayan books were all destroyed by missionaries - only four books escaped, and these helped to decode the mayan language in recent times.

@@rs9401 No disrespect intended. a few hundred years ago, before the industrial revolution, all major industries were "labor intensive". The labor community of that time is the same as "much" of the service-sector community of today - living paycheck-to-paycheck... one job-loss/accident away from calamity. Therefore, easy to prey on, given their financial state (by polarising politicians of today). So "labor community" is a fact based term based on this context.

Brilliant. Unfortunately even in Bharat the mentality is same.RAGA and cronies in congress, the DMK, Mamataji, SP ETC have no idea about Santana Dhatma. These are all left liberal cabals. Who is the culprit here? The first PM who was a colonial puppet in his ideas even after independence and the family literally seized the country for so many years becoming responsible for many wrong narratives.
I think this global problem is is an endemic virus in Bharat. I can very well understand the difficulty to deconstruct Mr. Mill’s narrative. If I may say there are several Mills in Bharat and so the second generations of these Mills in western world will only breed more Mills. This sad. I cannot thank you enough for this excellent podcast. I was a substitute teacher once, where I chanced upon some reading material for class 5 and up. Hinduism was shown in not so good terms as un cultured,un couth, castiest, snake charmers. Hardly a page. I cringed at the thought that this is what kids learn of Hinduism. Where as several pages dedicated to Islam shown as heroic, full of virtues. I whole heartedly thank Krishna ji and Dr. Singh for their invaluable work ❤

Great work by Dr.Kundan and Krishna ji. It feels the West underneath it's layer of claiming a free society has mischievously developed school curriculum that presents Sanathan tradition in a poor light. Thereby kids develop low self-esteem about their own background and by adulthood become easy tool that can be molded to perform for West's interests.
When Muslims are given reservations why bhramins should not be given
Reservation should be removed, it should be based on economic status..
This is a different topic than this video but giving reservation to everyone based on their % in population will be the reservation’s final destination but India will sorely lose in this never ending fight.

Kids get influenced by their friends more than parents. No matter what we teach at home, friends have a greater influence on their mindset. Having learnt this we strive to hangout with friends of similar mindset, we also take our kids to Balavihar from Chinmaya mission every Sunday. This immensely helps kids in learning the essence of culture and to know there are more kids who are similar to them. This will address their insecurities induced by academic biases.

The goal is to convert the entire book condensed into the video that anyone can easily absorb. books sales could also benefit from it. a student in any multimedia course can be used as an intern for this. Such a video will have a lot more reach than the book.

This book should lead to further guidance on how the reconstruction of the correct narrative should begin . For example parents should start to show their children what being a Hindu means in their daily living and thought . They should further start having conversations about why they follow Hindu practices , deeper meanings of those practices and counter the narratives regarding superstition , backwardness, dirt and poverty that India is associated with .
There is a need for platforms like PGurus to popularise a reading list of books that can guide Hindu parents in this endeavour
