Same comment as other Ludwig snare you just featured... like this one even more.... Beautiful sounding at all tunings. Some ring, but to be expected... and, as always, easier to take away than add. Edit: Ludwig snare just have 'that' snare sound.
My guess is, of all the great drummers demo'ing gear over there, this man sells the most snare drums . Probably cymbals too but when you groove like this cat does, the instrument becomes a vessel of "your" sound as opposed to an instrument that merely produces a sound. Has anyone heard play anything that sounded terrible? There's my argument.
Just when i thought I was set with my brass supraphonic, I begin to get ideas in my head about this snare that my wife won't appreciate it..😂
