A dealership here in Toronto Canada has 7 slightly used (school bikes, less than 500km) Ryker 600 for sale at $9,288 each. He hasn't sold any since last fall. I'll probably buy one in March or April since it's a great deal. Plus the economy isn't that great here.
I love how they pretend that the Ryker is faltering. The problem is they keep cycling out the same product with minimal effort in change or upgrade for the newer model year. Facts are that people aren't going to shell out more money for a virtually unchanged product. Sucks to suck. smh
You are spot on with this. Nothing changes. They give updates to the Spyder. Only thing I've ever seen change is panel colors but the basic stuff is the same since. I have a 2022 Rally myself.
I love my 2023 Ryker 600 Ace! Got it brand new off the lot. No problems yet. I totally agree C8, don’t ride it like a knuckle head! Be safe and wear your gear/helmet. Love the 3Down lifestyle!! Thanks for the info C8 Pate. I definitely appreciate you brotha🙏🏾
I still get stares and questions about the Ryker and Ive had mine for 2 years now. I wish it was more popular though, I only get to see a Ryker every once in a while and when I do see one I get excited.
I can tell you why they aren't selling. They keep raising prices on them every year. The 1st rykers topped out at $10k, now they are starting at $10k. Used ones are selling for new vehicle prices if not more.
This it the truth. Looked at a 2024 Rally, and it was nearly 15k out the door. I know it's not a "motorcycle" in the traditional sense, but there are so many good bikes you can get for that money or less they have priced themselves out.
I think they’re more dangerous than regular two-wheel motorcycles because they’re not as maneuverable, plus they’re wider. Motorcycles can lean and change directions faster. They can also squeeze through smaller areas. A Ryker might flip if you turn too sharply and they’re wide compared to a motorcycle. I do like the way they look though, but the technology is nowhere near two-wheeled motorcycles. They don’t update them like they should. That’s why I haven’t bought one.
@@ZabDevin they far more safe than bike when your on twisty roads wet, tree leaves, painted lines , oil your not coming off . Ive droped a bike a number of times in the wet trailbike and road . Yes canams can be dangerous cant split lanes but more than enough power for overtaking.
I bought a 2023 new in September 2024 in Dixon/Sacramento California. I've seen four since I bought mine! Most people don't even know what it is! There is almost zero knowledge of them out here. almost every time I stop for gas, somebody asks me what it is. I've never seen an ad for one out here, never seen a flyer, I've never seen a billboard, never seen a promotional, I literally learned about them from RUclips. There's no advertising! There's no events! If you're going to create a new vehicle like this you need to promote it more. My other big gripe is accessories, you can't even fit gloves in the freaking front trunk! So what's the solution? Spend 300 on the mount, 300 on storage casss.... so I'm another $600+ on a trike I just spent $13,000 on just to hold a helmet? And I'm forced to buy that stupid max amount to do it... super annoying
Buy your addons aliexpress lot cheaper windshield, passenger seat . Im happy with my rally very quick trike . Newzealand owner btw how big are your 🧤 gloves i can roll up wet weather overalls in the trunk .
40% of Ryker accidents happen from letting other people ride their bike. Stat is from Can Am. I got a 2023 600 with 3k accessories for 7k and only 625 miles on it.
Always use a credit union if financing, they will always have rates like this for cars, trucks, bikes, homes, etc. if you have great credit or are a member. Stay away from stupid rates ordinary banks!!!!👍👍
The VSS/Limp Mode horror stories! I read all kind of stories warning people not to buy the Ryker. It was like The Red Ring of Death for xbox way back. New Ryker owners scaring people away.
I closed to move up to a 2013 Spyder STS LIMITED from a 2009 gs instead getting a Ryker because it was a better value. I really wanted the Ryker but the STS was fully stocked compared to spending a extra 1500 from slingmods on saddle bags and a seat plus the price of the bike.
Another big issue to me is that they really havent changed much. I still have my 21 and love it. Have zero desire to get a newer one. Now I wish I had cruise control. But I deal with it. Also whem Sammy (3XDope)passed I dont even ride with groups anymore. Im going to try to get back in to it this year. But I will push myself.
@@dylanlopez490 I don’t know I think the 600 still allows people that don’t have maybe as much financing to still play in the three world game and there are a lot of fun for the ladies to ride around town no offense to any ladies meant lol
2024 new rally owner love the acceleration and its very agile in the traffic. 4000km so far . If it was the 1330cc it would be awsome crazy power . I will upgrade to the f3 in a year of two as my daughter rides with me a lot . Auckland owner .
Top 10 reasons why Rykers aren't selling 1). Fuel milage is terrible 2). 2019 Ryker looks the same as a 2024. The Ryker needs a refresh. It looks dated. 3) Too many used Rykers on the market, some are equipped with all the accessories for half the price of a new one. 4) Cheap plastic farings 5) Ground clearance is horrible 6) Can Am should consider making the Ryker an EV, it might attract new riders. 7) Basic Ryker 900 starts at $13k. Accessories can add another $5k for a total of $18k. That's too much money for a 900 cc motorcycle, and you can buy a used F3 or Spyder in that price range fully loaded. 8) Can Am service is still ranked the worst of all motorcycle companies. 9) Lots of women buy Rykers because they're easy to ride and have automatic transmission. Once a bike is labeled as a "girl bike", men won't buy them. 10) Although Can Am has grown their dealerships, there still aren't enough. There are still some areas where people have to travel long distance for service and repair on their Ryker.
I was looking recently at getting a Riker Rally but Ultimately decided against the purchase! Lot's of plactic / VERY poor fuel economy, and could just not Justify the price !! And the amount of money i would need to spend to Accessorize, it was just crazy. !!! Even the stock seat looks very poorly padded and Uncomfortable !!
Never buy the 1st 2 years of its production on any vehicle. Economy isnt great and getting worse folks gone purchase food - supplies etc But it needs a redesign other than panels etc...😊
Man thats crazy i know i will be selling my bike this summer. Its time for something different. I done had 3 rykers and 2 Spyders and i sold all of them just because of aftermarket accessories. #CRR
I was considering a Ryker but was scared off with all the people complaining about the shut down problem and dont need the headache of not being able to enjoy the bike and have the shop have my bike more then I do. Sure would like one if they solve the problem.
Ryker need a new face lift instead of just new wheels instead of making a new off-road one put more time in the Ryker because it sells for them than Spyder
Yo bro, 😂 There to expensive They price themselves out of a sale. 8000.00 To 18.879.00 In Two Yr 😮 You can get a F3 For $5000.00 more 2022 New! and get 2025 F3 For 28.000.😮😅

$1000.00 left, I think I have too many toys, if that's possible.

They should cut the 600 and bump the 900 power, have the 900 tuned with 2 keys that limit top end until comfortable.

bought my 2022 600 last year at a great discount but i also paid cash and all my add-ons have come from amazon
You did it the right way
There are dealers in my area with 2024 f3s on the floor more than 7 months, and they have dust and cobwebs and will not drop the price.
Those will eventually sell compared to a ryker
