I just began 3 days of focused prayer and fasting. It will end at 9pm on Monday. It concerns a decision I will make next Tuesday.

@lisasalazardeanda2416 Yes, I have hot water or hot green tea. For longer fasts, I take bone broth as I was diagnosed with mild anemia. I always caution folks to seek input from their Healthcare professional before embarking on a fasting journey. God bless you, Lisa🙏🏾.
