    7gr. Dry bakery yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
    500gr. All-purpose wheat flour
    Coarse salt to decorate
    BAKING SODIUM BATH
    2.5 liters of water
    120g. Sodium bicarbonate

    Materia grasa con la esponja no va. O sea con levadura. Se le agrega mantequilla al final
