Can't be a full brother - the mother would know. But David expects other bombs, so who knows? My first theory was that this was revenge from an agent that got burned or abandoned by David, but now it looks like some off book program that got repurposed (by an agent that got burned by David).
Slow Horses season 4 jumps the shark, ruining a funny and interesting dark comedy series You can only stretch plausibility so far before it becomes unwatchable on multiple levels, just one being the three new MI5 characters at Slough House, a drug addict, a gambling addict and thief, and finally, a psycho hoodie who I expect at the last minute to save the day by springing forth as a caped crusader with awesome intellect and super powers. I'm really sorry this series ran out of money to pay good writers.

So far Slow Horses has been 3 seasons of Lamb cleaning up other people's messes and one season of dealing with Cold War fallout.

@@filmbuff-dh9kb Yes. The theory would be Harkness is River's father but Cartwright somehow saved River from the cult/militia.
