Welcome to a new video with MarMello! Today, we're going to make easy and quick cookies without butter or eggs. Let's find out how to prepare them.
First, we prepare a wide bowl and add 2 cups of flour with 1 and a quarter cups of starch, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, 2 small teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
For the liquid ingredients, we need half a cup of oil, half a cup of milk or water or orange juice, vanilla, half a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of honey (optional, can be omitted or replaced with glucose syrup).
We mix the mixture without kneading too much. This is the consistency. We let it rest for 15 minutes, then we start cutting it.
We place the dough between parchment paper or butter paper, then shape it as desired. Next, we place it on a baking tray. For the topping, we mix two tablespoons of sugar with two tablespoons of milk and spread it over the cookies. They go into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
