How to incorporate microdermabrasion, skin needling and LED light in the routines. I have bought the bundle and really confused how to make better use of it.
Hi Lata! We would recommend microdermabrasion 24 hours prior the needling and LED light right after the needling or if the skin is still very sensitive, you may choose to do it 24 hours post needling. Why would I choose one brightness over another? Would I not want to choose max brightness all the time? What's the benefit of lower brightness vs medium or high brightness?
Hi there, we recommend max brightness however it comes down to personal preference and what works for your skin. Those with skin sensitivity may opt for a lower level.
How long should each session be? Lets say a session is 15minutes, can I do multiple LED sessions in the same day? Like 15 minutes of red, blue, then white, so 45 minutes spent in total, or should I split it into 5 minutes of each so it totals 15 minutes?

I have had this mask since 2017 and just now in 2023 finally tried it.
Yes it is heavy but i will live with that if it means results.
I think I will use my personal goggles in addition as I do see the lights especially if blinking.

can you use different lights in one session? I mean change the light per minute? And how many minutes is the treatment? or does it automaticaly change colour by itself? Pls answer
Hi there, you absolutely can use different lights within the same treatment. The mask comes with a remote and you can set the timer yourself for a fully customisable treatment. If you wanted to do 10 mins of red light therapy for example you would set it for 10 mins and when this is up, you would repeat this step for your next chosen colour. Should your face be free of any products?
That is what I want to know as well... what kind of skin prep is recommended.
I was expecting you to actually put on that mask and tell us what to feel when it's on. You did not even put on the mask. Not reassuring for consumers.
Mask is too heavy. It's not comfortable to wear on face while you lay down .
