Its technically right now impossible to get Colonel rank, and also FI don't have hair, but you can change your skin tone for FI. And FI ranks changed ;-;

i played the game when it first ever came out and there was a SRS gamepass so i bought it and got the team, at the time I made the video, I didn't grind on FS, but now Im max level on FS and it took me around 1 or 2 days to get max rank.

There is no such thing as those ranks. You probably went to sector 3 and saw a bunch of people with ranks, those are not real ingame ranks :)
