I feel like we share a lot of similar favorites, except I have yet to fall in love with any of the current crop of designer fragrance darlings.
Wow- great list! Such a hard call, but fragrance is so tied to memory, so I found this first one by chasing down a girl in ‘87 wearing it and asking the name. It was the famous Quelques Fleurs by Houbigant and I saved my money and bought my first bottle at Neiman’s in 1988! Fast forward a few years and that bottle mesmerized my precious husband of 32 years and he requested this perfume for our wedding day. My college roommate would sneak sprays for her dates and it became her now husband of 32 years favorite as well!!
The OG Angel is a love, Tihota, Ani, Addict, Ishq Al Shuyukh (cannot put it down), Obsession (still love it), Sicily, LaBelle still just love that pear, Ange au Demon, Coco, Coco Mad Intense, Code Satin… so many loves … way too many bottles!

Okay, this is so hard... If I HAD to choose my favorite perfume would be Maison Mataha Escapade Gourmande. I have so many perfumes that I absolutely love but this one has my heart 💞
Eau Tendre was my signature scent in my 20s, but i used it for so long i grew tired of it, so now I prefer Eau Vive, Eau Vive is like the older, more elegant, sophisticated sister, while Eau Tendre is like the younger, fun, sweet little sister, and Eau Fraiche is like the athletic, outgoing, sporty cool sister 😆
I need to try Vive. I also love Eau Fraiche!

I just purchased Ex Idolo Love and Crime, I've had the sample for a month or so and became OBSESSED with it. To me it reminds me of a London Fog Latte and every time I smell it it make me SO HAPPY ,UGGGGH ❤❤

I think my favourite is Mon Guerlain Intense and Mon Guerlain, Miss Dior, Princess by Killian and Chanel Chance edp. I really like My Way as well and Ocean Di Gioia. I keep my Hibiscus Palm for very special occasions. I wanted to take it to Jamaica but was afraid the bottle would break and it was way too expensive. I should have decanted it. Great choices Jackie. You have an amazing talent for describing perfumes. I need Italica.

My top 5 right now are 1) coffee break, 2) angels' share, and 3) by the fireplace, 4) lost cherry and/or venom of love, and 5) Chanel No. 5 L'eau. Three runners up: raised spirits, prada paradoxe, and gucci guilty diamond (2014 edition). Love your picks! So many good ones!!😀❤

My favourite perfume of all time is one that's been discontinued so I won't mention it. But one that's still available, at least here in Dubai, is Magnolia Rosae by Maison Lancome. This is the most addictive, the most feminine and one of the most long lasting fragrances in my collection. It's perfection.

Hey Jackie, since you said you love tuberose: I have two for you that (to me) are just super delicious. But to be fair, one is discontinued, although you probably still could get it somewhere. It's Orchid Soleil by Tom Ford. I never smelled it before, but knew I wanted to have it after seeing the notes. So an individual buyer popped up selling her 50 ml, and I scooped it up. So glad I did, because it is delicious! I will try to get another bottle as a back up. The other tuberose perfume is Passeggiata in Galleria ...(not gonna bother with the full name) by Trussardi. Here on YT they say it is straight up Nutella, and while I get that in the opening a bit, it dries down to a beautiful, sweet, gourmandish tuberose scent with hazelnuts and vanilla. It even has cinnamon in it, which I know you love. Maybe you can get a decant and try it. I highly recommend both.

The colour in my Mon guerlain intense turned an ugly brown colour:( but it still smells good
That’s the vanilla! Completely normal/expected that vanillas turn darker & darker (brown) over time & only get better❤

I also have well over 100 fragrances and my tastes are so varied I would be very hard pressed to pick 10 favorites. The original, vintage Coco EDT for the nostalgia, one of my irises (Bois d'Iris, Iris de Syracuse, Infusion d'Iris), a vanilla (Spiritueuse, Orchidee Vanille, Silky Woods, Note Vanille), and Gris Charnel, The Bewitching Yasmine, Milk Personal, Delina, Stash!, BR540 Extraiit, Ylang in Gold and Deep N' Desire Yacht because my eyes still roll back in my head and my heart skips a beat every single time I smell them. 💜
I hated it at first too and also got burnt plastic! I’m not sure if my nose changed or what, but now I just get the delicious gourmand notes I was hoping for. It’s interesting how people either love or hate this perfume.

Have you tried NARCISO RODRIGUEZ For Her Musc Noir Rose yet? I've been hearing it recommended a lot lately and was wondering about your thoughts! It says it's mainly bergamot, tuberose, and vanilla, which seems very basic but everyone online seems to be loving it

I want to love Mon Guerlain intense, because I love vanilla and this has two kinds of vanilla, but my nose can’t pick up vanilla at all, there is some other unpleasant note that overpowers this fragrance and that’s all I can smell. I keep trying to find vanilla but no luck so far
It could be the licorice note
The patchouli and licorice in the base may not be your cup of tea.
Is House if Oud - Dates delight a feminine fragrance? Being a female, I don’t wear masculine fragrances.
I personally think it’s unisex leaning a bit feminine. I feel comfortable as a woman wearing it, but it’s really very subjective.

I tried the Guerlain double Vanille and while I love the scent I find it light and not long lasting. And it’s way too expensive for such a light scent that does not last
If it doesn’t last on you then it definitely is not worth it. It is a crazy expensive fragrance!
