Really liked this lap guide - the visuals are crisp and WOW, having pit-entry is underrated. You can lose a race not nailing your pit entrance. Great job!
Been trying hard to get a time near yours and have only just got this track. My best time so far is 1.42.780 It’s been fun to learn a new track and the guide has definitely helped. THANK YOU!!
Brandon, your track guides are hands down the best around. I love them, just a shame I'm not good enough to then go and repeat your lap times!.....one day.... :)
All of the track from ACC in your vidoes you is absolute best I ever seen on internet. But I do everything looks same as you but my laps of any circuit in ACC 4-5s than you 😂😂😂
you are making this so good. i just saw another video from another player and its not the same. your videos are precisely and not too long. way better than the competition
I havd no idea how you nail the throttle ,out of corners with TC only on 2 and don"t end up facing the other way, it must be witchcraft. Great no nonsense track guide as always.
@Unleashed Drivers, Yeah! Maybe you'd record one more movie about Audi for example? :D There's no way to cut the kerbs in first chain of corners and almost all other kerbs at any track)))
Great lap guide mate! I have been trying and trying to get below 1.43 but I guess more practice is needed. I noticed your abs light didnt even flash once while mine is on with every brakingpoint even when im not even braking that hard.
This is also what I found, i was around 1 second slower with the Ferrari, I'll need to practice a bit more to see if I can figure it out and maybe make another guide
I usually record my replays because if I record live, if I have to make multiple attempts at driving a lap then the video file would be very large, I use OBS to record the videos too :))
@@unleasheddrivers1281 Thanks for the reply:) So do I. But what about fps? because when I am recording a replay I drop from 70 to below 30:( Btw, you mean Streamlabs OBS or Open Broadcaster Software?
My fps doesnt seem to get heavily effected by OBS, however on my old PC, OBS would kill my fps so I had to try other software like bandicam. And I dont use streamlabs, just the Open Broadcast Software
speaking of pit stop, you know those really long hotsint events? is there a way to make a pit stop in those and change the tyre and add fuel? or you have always have to one shot the whole thing? which is what i do i'm just wondering if there's more options. also thanks for the fast video, i was expecting this probably in 1 or 2 days i'm surprised to see it this soon
@@unleasheddrivers1281 Yeah ive been thinking of grabbing these pedals when i get the cash to actually purchase them. But then again im just speaking out for us people that don't actually use these pedals that there would be a massive difference in your braking points with just the basic logitech pedals.
Braking points will be the same, it's just being able to trail brake which can be a little more difficult with the basic pedals, still very doable though. I've only used the V3s since beginning of this year
@@iamcrackles I just bought the v3 pedals upgrading from the Logitech ones. Only raced with them a day or so on spa. The heavy braking points in La Source and bus stop chicane feel slightly later but we are taking tiny amounts and overall I'd say for a completely average driver I don't see any immediate time gains. They feel a lot better but haven't got me any closer to challenging this guy!
I like tc6 i know its high but feels very stable. Do you think i can do 1.40+ with tc6. Cause pb was 1.41.600 and i was near all the time on throttle. On classic amg Ps thx for your advices and your upload!
I was thinking of doing another one for a mid-engine car because of the handling differences. I gave the ferrari a shot for a while but was much slower than the mercedes so either I need to spend some more time getting a good lap together or it's just slow at imola, I'll keep experimenting and maybe make another guide
@@unleasheddrivers1281 please mate because the guides are invaluable. Especially with every league doing Imola in the coming month a lap guide in the new Ferrari Evo will be popular. I was practicing with the Evo tonight at Zandvoort and it took time but once I worked out what to change I was a second quicker then in the old Ferrari. So hang in there with the Evo it’s a beast when it’s dialled in 👍
The self is very strong in most of us; sleeping or waking, it is ever alert, always strengthening itself but when there is an awareness of the self and a realization that all its activities, however subtle, must always lead to conflict and pain, then the craving for certainty, for self-continuance comes to an end.
Different on some corners, sometimes its the 50, sometimes the 100, and these are reference points. Sometimes you can brake slightly after the sign itself or before it
Nice one as usual, I also uploaded my track guide version, a bit longer and focused on beginners... hope you do not mind me sharing ;) Keep up the great work!
I wonder did any of you good sim racers feel like you were not capable at first? I for one cannot seem tot get to the point where I can catch the car when it gets loose and spins. I feel like I am a lazy driver perhaps and dont react well enough to the force feedback or I dont feel it. Something is not quite right for me. I see videos where racers show their wheel and they are able to catch the spin by jerking wheel back and forth real fast but I end up in a wild spin before I can catch it. Frustrated but not giving up.
Everything was a new challenge when I came into sim racing including catching a loose car. There are quick and fast reactions required to catch one of these stiff and snappy GT cars when they get sideways, road cars and softer cars in general are easier to catch when in a slide. One skill I can recommend learning which will greatly increase your ability to catch loose cars is drifting. I remember when I learned how to drift in Assetto Corsa (the first one) it helped me get a better understanding in how to catch my slides, sometimes slides are uncatchable but there are many cases that with the right reactions, can straighten your car back up. Good to hear you havent given up, itll take time and plenty of practice :)
Damm pc is quicker. Partly because grip is greater so less tc required especially with merc. Plus tc is broken on the merc on console only tc 6 works all numbers before car is undrivable. And 7 is then too much. All this results in a 141 being best you muster on xbox. Im good round here and ive done 41.7. Aliens on console 41.1. No way on this earth on xbox can you do a 39 for these slight physical issues. Only magnified on larger tracks obviously. Spa. Suzuka. Silverstone. Bathurst etc etc
most sims don't have any understeer effect. The original Assetto Corsa has a "enhanced understeer effect" that doesn't happen in real life. F1 by codemasters has it too.
Loved the idea for how to enter the pit for every track, keep up the good work. You deserve more views
the braking point of the pit entry is a VERY helpful adition ! do it for all circuits please!!

Man trying to translate this lap into AC is difficult, but I improved so much after this guide!
The definitive ACC track guides
Dude! The throttle/break graphic mid screen is brilliant!!!! Great vid.
Brandon, your track guides are hands down the best around. I love them, just a shame I'm not good enough to then go and repeat your lap times!.....one day.... :)
Thank you! Keep goin at it, takes time to bring times down tenth by tenth, really appreciate the comment!
Really love the pit entry braking point tutorial! Thanks!
Really helpful, on point, best track guide out there IMHO, thank you so much!
Great video. Straight to the point. No bs.
i watch all your lap guide. very summarize and detailed

Thanks for the pit entry guide as well 👍🏼
Great job man, thanks! The pit entry addition is spot on, keep doing that one!
Great video!
Thank you! :D
Great Lap Guide, as usual!! I'm really looking forward to this update when it arrives for us console plebs in January
I guess the difference is in how early you can push the throttle out of exits
Pit entry is great, helps me out alot!
Awesome job! Good to see you improving quality guide after guide, hope i improve my lap time aswell!
Awesome lap guide! Thanks!
Great video and super complete, thanks!
Love these ACC Track guides, they've helped my driving so much! Any hopes of a guide for driving in the wet?
thanks for this, gonna apply this to get the asetto corsa m3 gt2 achievement, lol.
Nice video man and thank you for pit entry braking point (great idea!). Thank you
thanks mate !!!! love you good job !
Great info! Thanks.👍
Good vid, I laughed that people are too lazy to figure out where to brake for pit entry though :)
Look forward to trying this sometime this week when it’s released on PS4. Still forever hoping they add the nordschleife.
Great Video! Thanks for sharing 😁
The difficult part is doing this with a mid engine car. All curbs are way too high.
@Unleashed Drivers, Yeah! Maybe you'd record one more movie about Audi for example? :D There's no way to cut the kerbs in first chain of corners and almost all other kerbs at any track)))
I love my bimmer 😁
A little advice. Don't try these lines over the curbs with the Porsche GT3! But this guide is really helpful anyway.
Thank you so much!
You're very welcome! :D
Nice man!!!! Tanks.
Thanks, hope it helped :)
Great lap guide mate! I have been trying and trying to get below 1.43 but I guess more practice is needed. I noticed your abs light didnt even flash once while mine is on with every brakingpoint even when im not even braking that hard.
Becouse on replays it doesnt flash at all.
i can't lower below 1:42:2 any help??
update i did 1:40:8 :D
In the future do you think we could see your last Tire readings? Like omi pad wear etc. Thanks for the video
It gives me something else I can compare myself to how you're doing... if the track temperatures are the same and we're in the same car.
In hotlap mode these things reset each lap so i wouldnt be able to get the right reading after completing a lap
i lose alot of time driving ferrari there, cant really attack the curbs
This is also what I found, i was around 1 second slower with the Ferrari, I'll need to practice a bit more to see if I can figure it out and maybe make another guide
what is the overlay, you are using for the pedals, etc ???
Nice stuff! I wanted to ask: what software do you use to record and whether you record in real time?

love this track with my ps4 controller,i managed to do a 40.6 with the default.
@@ueberlicht_ I'm on pc mate

1st, great vid
If i tried my best and all i could do 1:47:175, is it so bad? I am in simracing almost one year, but i think i am so slow.
track limits are inside tyre must stay inside the RED LINE (this is not including inside curbs where the apex is)
You have ABS on? I thought it's better to have it off, or have I been misinformed?
Thanksss
No worries! Hope it helped
What pedals do you use Dove, ive always wondered that because i know u use a logitech wheel right?
He mentioned Clubsport V3's on a live stream a while back
The Fanatec clubsport V3s is correct yes, with a logitech G920 wheel

Could you do a ACC playlist only with hotlaps?
On every racetrack

Is there a reason for you not shifting to 6th gear?

You shouldn't tell people to use tire marks as reference. Also, You should use the names of the corners or at least mention them.
That is why I point out other objects as references
Jesus, talk about entitled.
