Honestly the fact he said the whole premature ejaculation thing, that's what makes me pretty damn sure he's not lying. Fun fact: The audio of Mariah at the end is genuine. She was supposed to be the original vocals on Superman, and that audio is taken from their studio sessions together. Dina Ray, who ended up doing the vocals for Superman says it in an interview.
You can't say fun fact then just straight up lie. Her vocals aren't from that, they were taken from her old interviews and its been proven many times.

Despite how she was talking, she apparently took this warning seriously, because her record Obsessed got shelved not long after this dropped.

In a old interview I think it was on MTV , Mariah got asked by Carson Daly the host of MTV music if ( you and Eminem are together ) , she said (Eminem who) she was trying to act like she don't know who he is and said she never met him or spent time with him , which most people knew she was lying because Carson Daly wouldn't ask that question if they never been around each other , so Em found out what she said so he dissed her because she denied being with him

About the wire tapping thing. She knew she was being recorded which is not a for sure thing on a phone call. You don't have the expectation of being recorded so its different, voicemail you know you're being recorded. Now, as far as suing for defamation or slander, you can't sue if it's truth. Well you could I guess but you'd have a real bad lawyer giving bad advice. You wouldn't want to go into a court and try to prove an obvious lie-- she already knew Em had the proof. So all he'd have to do in court us prove he didn't lie. Then it's not defamation or slander. No good lawyer would let Mariah even try, knowing she'd be absolutely destroyed.

Cops did a sting operation on a predator, and we're able to use the email conversation as evidence, even though the perpetual didn't verbally give consent, using that type of platform of communication implies consent.

The voice clips are from the studio session for superman where Mariah was supposed to be on but then they fell off and voicemails she sent him.
