9 days out but I'd still figure I'd leave my appreciation for one of the you tubers who did inspire me to give it a try (while critiquing you in a long forgotten video in the process during my early days) Forgotten Media, may this series never die and if not I'll ensure it survives by saving each and every episode, because like with many pieces of media you never know when your favorite things disappear into the ether. And this series is worth cherishing as I'm sure your fans have let you know. Keep on keepin' on Meltingman for all two hundred and thirty four of you.
I appreciate your honesty about doing this series for a hobby. Not every RUclips content creator has to be the next Nostalgia Critic, Scott the Woz or... Illuminaughti, and I am glad that you are okay with your real life job. I have learned some new stuff about various kinds of media lost to time, not just from you, but the Lost Media Wiki and Raven Simone. I honestly love finding out about things of the past that got lost to time... I even own a VideoNow if you can believe it. Thanks for continuing to do this show and making me and the rest of your viewers rediscover the past with what you cover. Happy Holidays, Happy 100th episode and here's to more Forgotten Media episodes in the future!
Watching his vids introduced me to Kilala Princess which I now own and love! So I definitely love the fact that it became such a huge staple of interest in lost media! Also fuck Illuminaughti lol
You really went all out for the 100th episode, with discussing two forgotten shows, revisited segments, and two movie overviews. It wild how many episodes we’ve have gotten over the years. Congrats on the milestone!
Well, I guess 2023 is the year for the number 100. Disney and Warner Bros. both celebrated 100 years of filmmaking, and now MeltingMan234 celebrated and made 100 episodes of Forgotten Media! And you know what? I'm glad MeltingMan234 finally got to talk about Peter-No-Tail! But there is one last topic MeltingMan234 still has to cover anytime soon. And that is the PlayStation EyeToy!
Y'know somethin'; when I was first Introduced to the Internet I was Introduced to you (along with AniMatt and a few others) and never thought out of all of them you, him (along with a few others would still be relevant and alive after so long) unlike what Modern RUclips has become nowadays. Not only ya got me Into some various Interesting concept arts that got scrapped for various I original products, but got me to inspire to put'em to good use In one of my various drawings ad got you to thank for no Inspirin' me but a few other who wants to cover forgotten media stuff like you. Thanks to you; almost ever forgotten characters of this year and previous are slowly gettin' the respect they deserve ad without you they wouldn't come so far and hope some of your wishes come true. It's truly unknown rather you'll permanently retire of this series or not but even if It's not the ed ya got some of your older fans who's bee around longer the you to come by to thank ya one way or another.
Congrats on making it to the 100th episode! Watching you (and Yuriofwind's Gaming Mysteries) vids on canceled Mario and Sonic games over a decade ago is honestly made me get into researching lost media (with my particular interests mostly being beta games, unreleased music and television pilots etc) and your series became such a huge staple of my older childhood when it came to learning about a lot of things that I may or may not have heard of (as you say in your tagline lol) And it also introduced me to Kilala Princess which I now own and love!💖👑Also thank you for finally talking about the movie with the cats because I kept wondering who they were in your very first episode intro lol🐱I have nothing but respect for the fact that you make vids for a pure hobby rather than chasing clout for financial gain. Hope you have an amazing 2024!
I remember the first time I watched your Forgotten Media videos in 2012 when I was 18 then I subscribed because you're a Brony hero who fight against trolls and incels.
Crazy to think I've been watching your Forgotten Media series since 2012 I believe. When I was in my teens it helped educate me on obscure media topics and much like yourself, I love bringing up random lost relics of the past to my friends and if it's appropriate, in one of my videos. Glad to see your still doing this series, 2011 feels so ancient now. I hope you had a good Christmas.
Have I ever seen a Game Boy Micro in a store when it was new? Yeah I have! I saw it in a National Wholesale Liquidators. I'm also glad you finally got around to reviewing Peter No-Tail. And since you briefly mentioned Animalympics, I just want to say I have a thing for Tatyana.
After 99 episodes of MeltingMan234's Forgotten Media, I have been dying to make it to the 100th episode! And now, all the world is waiting with fevered anticipation to watch... The Forgotten Media 100th Episode Special!
The part on Australia's Naughtiest Home Video, I've of thanks to Morgan Leger covering it for his Top 10 Shocking TV Broadcasts. Happy 100th episode to you.
Congrats on 100 episodes of forgotten media! I’ve been a big fan of series for over 10 years now, It was one of my favourite series on YT when I was younger.
Congratulations for reaching 100 eps MeltingMan. I remember first encountering you with your cancelled Mario and Sonic games episodes and it’s great to see how far you’ve come
Just rediscovered this channel. Congrats. One question though, why/when did you switch over to an animated character? You "in person" was such a specific memory of mine.
I was getting tired of doing the live action segments, so when I first started Oz Month, I went with the PNGtuber style, which is what I do now for FM. It's more of a back to basics kind of thing.
I’ve been a fan of yours ever since I first discovered your Whatever Happened to Robot Jones video years ago, as I look forward to more content from you in the future. Keep up the awesome work man, 👍.
Little disappointed since u mentioned commander keen, since that's the first game I ever played. I was hoping u would revisit it. Oh well, great video as always
Quick clarity: the 9 CEO at the time was Kerry *Packer* - not Parker. This was the same guy that managed to get what would become One Day Cricket up and running, in case you were curious. They made a two-part teleseries about it called Howzat!. Interesting watch if you can find it.
First off, Happy 100th Episode, buddy! And second, judging from the lost Archie issues, they're still much better than some of IDW's output. You really think Sega of Japan was jealous on how their American branch made better characters than they did?
Some episodes were split into two parts, mostly because back in ye olden days of RUclips, there was a limit of how long videos could be. Even so, two part episodes are still considered as a single episode

I'm my opinion, nightmare before Christmas is such an underrated fandom. It's so small yet so funny, I don't why its not getting recognition.
30:50 I remember this cartoon, i watched Peter-no-tail when i was a kid, a good times
Forgotten Media: Tickle U (Cartoon Network's failed preschool block)
I've been watching this channel for over a decade, it feels great to see you hit this major milestone. Congratulations!

Wild to think I’ve been watching this channel for that long

Loved the Vectorman video played both and still waiting for Vectorman 3. I even own a Vectorman coffee mug and T-shirt

Thanks. Maybe one day I'll revisit Commander Keen. Just gotta find a way to play, Aliens ate my babysitter
Happy century, pal!

It's finally here!
First off, Happy 100th Episode, buddy! And second, judging from the lost Archie issues, they're still much better than some of IDW's output. You really think Sega of Japan was jealous on how their American branch made better characters than they did?
Man 12 years and a 100 episodes later
Man, can't believe it's been an entire decade since I've been watching your vids, lurking in the shadows. Hope you'll have another 100 in the future.
I’m so excited when this premieres!
I thought you had already done a hundredth episode?
Some episodes were split into two parts, mostly because back in ye olden days of RUclips, there was a limit of how long videos could be. Even so, two part episodes are still considered as a single episode
I made that title card by the way!
Love how I'm included as well due to the Pinocchio review. Excellent work.
@@LukethefoxNot just the Pinocchio review, but also the Give Me Chaos Theories series you and MeltingMan234 use to do.
I'm glad you like it.
