I'm from Florida, basically Bibby went to Foolio's house after school 1 day, and he allegedly left Foolio house to meet with another friend out on the Northside of Jacksonville in a dangerous and deadly apartment complex called the HillTop apartments. We he meet up with another friend from those apartments, he was in the parking lot, when 2 rivals jumped out with 2 rifles and started shooting at them, they both ran in separate directions, while Bibby was chased down and shot in the back, when he fell, allegedly the killer stood over him and shot him in the back of the head, in what all appeared to be a retaliation shooting!
