- Where the Two Seas Meet: Meditation
with Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee
This third talk from the five event series, "Where the Two Seas Meet", explores the states of meditation that can be experienced through the meditation of the heart. Away from the ever-chattering mind, first one needs to create an inner space of silence and listening within the heart, where one can come closer to the love and presence that reside within the heart, and slowly learn to be absorbed by love.
Then the meditation takes one deeper into the oneness that belongs to our divine nature: the lover merges within the heart into the states of dhyana, which is a state of abstraction of the senses and then samadhi, the higher consciousness of the Self. Beyond the Self are the states of non-being, the uncreated nothingness that is the real home of the mystic.

This man Knows....beyond the curtain of This Reality.....All his talks Are Great...
One of my favorite teachers in the world to listen to. Thank you and keep the videos coming on RUclips your an inspiration to all that get to listen to you. Love and Light Canada
When you spoke of that state of unknowing and not existing, I felt a joy almost painful to the body, speechlessness - indescribably wonderful.
Another thing you said that may help me more in meditation than any other thing I have heard is, "You open yourself to God and ask how do you want me to be with you?"
I have studied various mystics in the last few months, and it has answered many questions. You have taken me beyond where I believed possible in just a few videos.
Thank you so very, very much for sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of us.
All in all. Thank you. I feel blessed to have found meditation.
Something inside me shifted while listening. Thank you Sir.

Dear Mr Vaughan-Lee,
you describe the ultimate reality as a strange, dark Nowhere-land, where you don't exist.
Where is grace here? Are we not Love? Are we not divine light? It doesn't sound inviting and actually scares me. I long for grace. And words from you would be helpful.
If you listen to other talks you can see love is everywhere and is synonym with the ultimate reality. The nothingness is where the ego disappears. God is Rahman, meaning the Source of Love and Mercy, so if you find God, you have found the source of love and embraced by it.
I hope you can translate these videos
In Persian, the third person pronoun (ooh) is genderless. I think very fitting for a cosmic lover/beloved.
