I can't believe what this silly bugger is coming out with, the Night Rod and V Rod Muscle are the best thing Harley Davidson has ever produced. Every bike that comes from HD require a few performance mods, race tuner, mufflers and free flowing intake filters,BUT the Brembo brakes are excellent as is the 'if on rails' handling.I am a lifetime rider (everyday) and at age 61 having owned three Harley Davidsons have to say it is the best bike ever built by HD and think that the decision to discontinue the V Rod line up is the biggesr regret that H D will have.I recently gave my bike a squirt out to 250klph and it maintained excellent characteristics.Spend less on those want to be 500cc and 750cc copies( joke bikes) and let the proper V Rod flourish.
I have a 2013 night rod with v&h exhaust and I have zero complaints. I watched at least 30 reviews on it before I bought it. I love my night rod and I knew of its downfalls before hand. seating position for me feels fine but I'm 5'10 and a healthy 175lbs. It's considered a drag bike too, so I wasn't expecting to be comfortable on road trips. the weight hasn't bothered me much either, sure it's probably heavier than a street bike but that only makes since given what it is. I hope nobody was discouraged on getting one due to this video.
Mine is a 2011, it has different ergonomics plus this is just my opinion about it, and the 10 things I hate about my such and such is a tren going on youtube am not hating the bike or discouraging anyone from buying it
I love my V-Rod, Crossed Canada on it with no issues. The seating position is perfect unless Im guessing your a small man. The bike sits so low it feels very light and is easy to move, I once again think you being a very small man makes a difference. The ground clearance is not great but dragging the pegs is not a big deal. The bike sounds amazing and the louder the better. Spinning in first you must be hitting the throttle way to hard to start, Thats the fault of the rider not the bike. The bikes handling is great in the twistys as I can keep up with all my buddies on their sport bikes through the mountains. The V is amazing in every way.
Strange review. I'm guessing you haven't ridden many other bikes before? The brakes are amazing, the exhaust sound on ANY stock Harley is very tame (you have to upgrade them), the bike being heavy is because the motor is HUGE, and there were a few other points you listed that are simply normal. The riding position I agree with, it's not comfortable for long rides. The problem here though is you bought it with that riding position! Also, you can simply buy medium ape hangers and it'll change your posture a ton and it looks really cool on this bike. You can also get a mid controls kit and push the foot pegs back. And again, you bought it this way and really sound silly complaining about the seating position (still scratching my head how you can complain about this when you certainly were able to sit on it at the dealership). "The pipes get hot"..well no shit! I couldn't stop laughing at that comment. Not sure what to tell you other then YEAH pipes get really, really hot brah! I guess if your Harley dealer didn't allow you to test ride one of these before you purchased it, which I have seen some that don't, then I guess you may not have realized a few of the things you point out....but I don't understand why anyone would make such an expensive purchase without riding one first.
in my opinion, the worst part about this bike is the brakes, it got me into so much troube, the ABS system Harley uses is crap, it interferes very early, pulses very slowly, and takes too much time to brake the bike
That depends on the dealership. My local HD dealer got my business because they take care of their customers, and part of that is allowing them to test ride a bike that demands a high price. They do check your license of course and then ask many questions before letting you ride (and I'm sure they turn down the newer riders as they should). Any dealership worth a damn will let you test ride, you should do as I do and refuse to buy even a t-shirt from them if they won't let you test ride. Pretty much the same deal if someone who can't afford, or isn't serious about buying, a luxury car won't be allowed behind the wheel just because they showed up at the dealership. It doesn't take more than 5 mins of talking with someone to figure out if they actually know what they are doing on a bike.
Then you found a good dealership that actually tries to make it's potential customers happy.....crazy idea I know! The biggest thing for you to test then, if you are seriously considering the bike, is to do a bit more then just cruz around on a "typical" test ride. Research the shortcomings of the bike and test those, if you still love the bike despite it's shortcomings....well, that's like a woman then....marry her!
Thank you for the superb review of the exact bike I was about to buy. You have some very legitimate opinions and it helped a lot. Even as careful as I was on my last bike, a woman turned left in front of me and caused me to T-Bone her, so braking is a huge issue for me. I can still see and re-live every second of that accident, and braking was the difference between me walking away or going to the hospital. Having a heavy bike with a thin front tire and braking issues (90% of your braking power is with the front tire) is of huge concern to me, along with having a maneuverable bike to avoid bad drivers. You listed multiple concerns about the "flick-ability" of this bike including the large rear tire and the weight and the seating position. Living in Arizona, 4 months of the year are miserable, so the heat is a very big issue too. Thank you for the review!
That was very odd. The bike doesn't go, stop, absorb bumps, and is hot & uncomfortable, but he wouldn't trade it for any other? Must really love that style...
I have always wanted to test a VRod. I have a 1981 FX. This review seems honest and well thought out. It's also consistent with the design philosophy. I'm not surprised it was discontinued. My bike is similar in size and weight but has the low end grunt of the big twin. Also my bike is comfortable for its era design and even more so when riding two up whereas the VRod is not designed for this even though it's essentially a cruiser. I have the option of installing forward pegs on my bike but I never would. They cause you to sit on your tailbone and make you feel awkward as if your holding yourself up all the time. The ground clearance is about the same on my bike so with all being said and done it seems Harley was reinventing the wheel with this bike. I did like the looks of the aluminum version because it highlighted the distinct looks of the bike such as the large frame tubes and tank but black does not work at all for this bike. Black and chrome is good for an Electra Glide because of the massive elements but black on this bike makes it impossible to see it's shape. Still would like to test one though. Maybe it will be brought back as a limited edition one day.
Things I hateabout my bike: the seating angle, lean angle, sound, wind, tire width, braking, heat, acceleration, and rideability. Otherwise it's GREAT!
thanks for sharing your opinion. Yeah They stopped the Vrod productions, but I think just for a little while before they come out with the newer more updated version
I gotta say dude all 10 of your points are pretty spot on. I have a 14 VRSCDX and while I do love my bike I honestly hate about 8/10 of the points you brought up. Controls should be mids. 240 rear tire takes a lot of fun out of corners. Stock exhaust sounds like ass. Shocks/suspension in general is a fail. There's a bit of melted pants on the exhaust pipe from riding the bike to work. All that said, I love my bike. It's in some ways the wrong bike for me. The long rake and 240 tire are not for me, and I kinda knew that going in. I did think I'd get more used to it than I did though. The exhaust isn't a big deal
I feel the same way about my bike. One thing I learned is that, no matter how many test rides you do, you will never truly know a bike untill you own it.
A lot of your issues would be solved with a Night Rod like mine. Its a 2007 VRSCD Night Rod (not special). Its mid controls so your feet are under you like a sport bike and not out front, but it does have forward foot pegs to stretch out on the highway. It also has a 180mm rear tire so cornering is quicker and easier.
I have the 2016 night rod I am getting the V&H WIDOW EXHAUST and tuner with better air filter I love it but want more noise and more low throttle response should take care of what I'm looking for,i wish the foot pegs were wider and the handle bars were stretched back an inch or so more but other than that I love it seen the last 2017 muscle if it would have been black and not gold I would have traded on the spot
I HAD A 03 , NOW I HAVE A HARLEY , BEAUTIFUL BIKE , FAST , DOES NOT HANDLE ! SEAT POSITION IS INSANE FOR A SMALL GUY , IM 5'6 , I WENT ON A LONG RIDE , NEXT DAY I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN I CANT EXPLAIN ! BEST THING I EVER DID WAS SELL IT AND BUY MY DYNA !!!!!
+frank filippone The clamshell riding position of the nightrod special is so extreme for a shorter rider. The Midset foot controls is a must for long journies. Other than that, The dynas are super cool and tough looking
Hey I have a 2005 vrod, in a rare black and burgany color. I agree with the seating position! after riding it a few summers I now have chronic lower back problems. I changed my exhausts to vance and hines shotguns, sounds great now. I agree despite the problems i too love my vrod. Where was your video shot?
Thanks for sharing your opinion, as for my Vrod it is gone for now, it also caused my lower back pain, and i had to go into surgery because one of the spine disks was displaced a bit, anyway, I have sold it, and I got myself a KTM SuperDuke 1290R
yea so basically you hate the bike.. lol.. the exhaust pipes are like hell fire but i have to disagree with just about everything else you said.. if your using the gears the right way it makes power all over the place. granted a lot more in the mid and high rpm but power everywhere non the less.. i have 0 problems with the seating poss. like my feet in front. im not trying to do 160mph so i dont need everything tucked in. its a sport cruiser, and have been on the bike for entire days (one at a time ).
Honestly man you probably should've bought yourself a sportster or a dyna or something because the things you "hate" about the V is kinda what makes a V a V. For example power low seating ect, that was all done by design. You should consider trading your bike in and going for something else.
Hello, I have a 2012 night rod, I feel the same with many things but I feel it does give me great power. Your reasons 5-10 I don't agree but I think that is just physical personal experience. I like your bike, where did you get that license plate mount?
So I have owned some Bikes until now and right now I am Selling my Kawasaki Z750 to get myself a Night Rod special 2015. Here are my thoughts on your 10 Points. 1. The Seating Position for a Guy like me is so much more comfortable than on any other Bike. 2. The Breaks fellt soooo much better then on any on my other bikes 3. Weight...well a big Bike does have some weight thats a given point. But its center weight is pretty much balanced so u dont have the tendancy of the bike leaning to one side. So I cant really agree with u here either. 5. Yeah the exhaust is horrible. But as with weight...its something u know even before u buy it. 6. 100% agree 7. Well sry...this point ur getting a bit weired. First the weight is to much for you and now it produces to much power for you to keept itself? 8. Valid point 9. Another Point I cant agree with. But this might be because of personal experiences. I was really suprised how little of the bumps i felt when i was driving this Bike. It was waaay softer then my Kawaskai or the Intruder of my dad. 10. What? Your Wrists? Whaaat? I Mean i drove 'only' Some hundrets of Kilometers while testing it, but never ever had I an Issue with that. I dont dislike u, or hate u for bringing up points against the Bike I wanna get myself, but it seems to me, that u bought the wrong bike for yourself. You are annoyed with EVERY of the major given points...I mean I wouldnt ride a bike where i dont like the Seating, Suspension, Brakes, Weight, Tires, Exhaust...etc.
You forgot number 4 :D Every bike has pros and cons, fortunately for me, most of the things I mentioned on this list can be fixed. And don't forget that they improved the ergonomics on the 2012 above models, the bike also got a little bit lighter with the new set of lighter wheels and inverted forks which will certainly improve its handling too. You will certainly be happy about your choice of buying the nightrod special.
Shit-can the seat and subframe, make new, higher sitting ones, get or make rearset pegs, with adjustable mounting plates to put your feet where you like.
Dude, if you didn't like those 10 things, wait till you have to adjust the valves, which have to be done.........you can't do it with the engine in the frame......you are gonna have to drop the engine out of the frame to do that......
I think you need to trade yours for a VRSCR Street Rod or VRSCD Nightrod. Mid controls make this bike so much better, but dipshits wanted the "cool looking cruiser position" so those models died. It sounds like you need stickier tires. Pro reviews say Harley did so well with the 240mm setup that it doesn't hinder handling like other big tire bikes. I have to disagree with most of your points. My complaints list would be fuel tank too small (
thanks for sharing your opinion. Mine has a 5 gal tank. I guess You have one of the earlier Vrod models. Mine is 2011 just before the 10th anniversary models came out
You are right on most of things - I got a 2012 which HD decided to improve on ergonomics compared to earlier models. The breaking can be better, I've owned about 5 bikes before this one. You are also dead right on the heat the exhaust produces on the right side but I've decided to put a wrap around it to lower the heat. The sound though, it is not bad but it can be improved with a 3rd party pipe. Danmoto is the one I have and it sounds incredible.
+daniluchison I have seen some Danmoto exhaust swap videos, the bike sounds sick. I might just change the slip-ons wich doesnt require fuel mapping change or anything
This was an excellent review. You are right; until you have actually owned, and put a fair amount of miles on a bike, you cannot know how it performs and the idiosyncrasies. This is basically a dragster bike that is trying to be a daily driver... it is going to fall short of the mark for that, but for its intended purpose, it is great. ...nice looking bike though.
YOU GOT THAT RIGHT , MY 03 WOULD KEEP UP TO MY FRIENDS 01 GSXR 600 , JUST NOT AROUND TURNS , LOL , I ENDED UP ON THE SIDEWALK ONE TIME , NO DAMAGE EXCEPT MY EGO !
you must very much apologize my friend. But I assume you have tried that bike a few times before you bought it. If this is your first motorcycle, it does not sound like you have ridden a lot on a motorcycle. Or you have tried different motorcycles. I assume that you try the bike you want and you do it sometimes. But of course that's your opinion. You hate it very much and at the same time you love it .. but why do you not send it when it is that you hate it so much and the things you hate about it hate you are very much
Good review - honest - the VRod was designed for speed and the look - every other consideration is secondary. Uncomfortable - poor braking - hard suspension - under developed - welcome to Harley engineering.
The Valkyrie is a great power cruiser too. Really comfy compared to the Vrod. Its engine is really smooth and delivers higher torque figures. However, Power to weight ratio, I believe the Vrod has a slight advantage, not so much significant thought. At the end, it all comes to personal taste
There is no doubt about it. Hondas are more reliable than Harleys, with that said, I ve never had an issue with mine for all the time I had it. As for the foot pegs, you could get a mid mount set for additional comfort
yamaha vmax, suzuki m109r, triumph rocket III, and a few others as well also are pretty great muscle bikes, especially the vmax although I'm a little biased as that's what I ride lol
so hard to talk myself into buying into this Mexican American Harley Davidson yeah they still got a good name and the night Edition is a nice looking bike but I see so many complaints and safety issues and brake downs from cheap materials wheels locking up from cheap or defective bearings brakes going out from cheap brake hose all the newer harley bikes are disappointing.
I have a 2015 nightrod special 5spd 1250 with upgraded harley seat and inverted forks, the front rides like a dream, the ass a little better than softail. Its responsive in handling and power. Your right leg WILL get hot but i honestly appreciate the radiator fan warming my balls in traffic. I honestly love the bike. Ive torn one down and ive built one from pieces. The bikes all metric minus about 2 bolts. My only gripe is the swingarm using a single bearing (but really it never gave me issues). This is really the best harley they ever made. I wish there was a touring version too.
harley is another victim of dirry CEO they outsource all the parts to increase profit the parts come from mexico and other countries caterpillar is the same way. after a few years many of the greedy ceo give them self a big bonus every year say the company made no money and close the doors. many times the foreign parts get modified and relabled as made iy USA i know because i helped a company relabel 800,000 brackets that needed a single modification. assembled in usa only.
I always thought that this bike looked poorly designed for handling. Go to your Ducati dealer and they will be happy to see you on a machine that you will have less to complain about! I love mine.
Really? If there isn't things you liked about the bike, riding position, why didn't you order with standard handle bars and mid controls? Who complains about to much power? If you can't control it, don't launch it. You own a Harley yet complain about sound and heat. No low end, well let's see. It's a high rev motor that peaks power at red line. Like any sport bike, no power till higher. Every complaint you state can either be fixed by changing parts or changing how you ride oh and it's a Harley, big and fat.
Why did u got vrod if u don't like most of the this that the vrod r famous for ( low ride bike - too much power - heavyweight and far seating position with classic sport looks ) Dude Harley Davidson is not for you , get a sport bike maybe .
How tall are you? What is normal size? Why did you buy it , you seem to hate it. EVERY BIKE IS HEAVY. SO YOU LIKE THE LOOKS ,BUT HATE BRAKING, SUSPENSION, HORSEPOWER, SEATING POSITION, EHGINE HEAT........ WHY BUY THIS BIKE? GO BUY A Harley SPORTSTER 883, MEANT FOR SMALLER WEAKER [FEMALE?] RIDERS.
This makes me laugh as in guys buy a bike like this but want everything other bikes have. You want a bike that is comfortable long range smooth ride but then you buy a full out dragster WTF. Buy something suitable for what you want its only common sense.
I can't believe what this silly bugger is coming out with, the Night Rod and V Rod Muscle are the best thing Harley Davidson has ever produced. agreed.. got the same and everything is amazing with these bikes..
MrRuger1977 what was the point of this guy getting a v rod
kevin somra I haven't a clue. Seems like he bought himself the wrong bike but anyway people are strange.
#RESPECTTHEROD this bike isn't for everbody...but for me,it's the best Harley there is...
The same goes for me, it is my favorite of the bench

I own a 2013 vrod I love it besides getting burnt by the exhaust a few times but other then that its great but it's not for everyone
Sounds like you need a BMW to go with your purse...
this guy must weigh 100 lbs and is 5 foot nothing. I own a '14 muscle and I love my bike. I have to disagree with 99 percent of what he is saying.
He hates 10 things about this bike .............. "but I LOVE IT I WOULD NOT CHANGE IT ON OTHER BIKES" .......... WTF MAN!!!!!!!!! THIS BIKE IS SICK
I love my 09 Vrod nightrod special, maybe it’s just too much bike for you...I disagree with nearly everything you said
This guys brutally honest. I love vrods would love to own one some day
Lol, the guy basically mentions every single that thing that makes V-Rod a V-Rod xD
Thank you for the superb review of the exact bike I was about to buy. You have some very legitimate opinions and it helped a lot. sounds like the bike is too much for you.....get a smaller bike!
sounds like the words you speak are bigger than your mouth
I have always wanted to test a VRod. I have a 1981 FX. This review seems honest and well thought out. It's also consistent with the design philosophy. I'm not surprised it was discontinued. I agree with most of your assessments. Thanks for your video. And I too love this motorcycle.
The VRod just like the M109 and the Yamaha Warrior, muscle bikes with forward controls.
It makes no sense to me.
Should be mid controls at the least.
I also own a HD-NR Special. Set the foot pegs to Mid. Will solve many of your issues in one step.
+MOTOKHAN I absolutely agree with you. It will certainly make the bike more comfortable, and give it more ground clearance
Good video, I agree about the seating position, its like your in the crash position, Harley is stopping production on the Vrod.
thanks for sharing your opinion. Yeah They stopped the Vrod productions, but I think just for a little while before they come out with the newer more updated version
MolMotor they just released the 2017 models
I love pulling up next to Vrods on my VMAX... lol although I do like the Vrod!
I have both!!!Love my vees!!!
has a point with the ground clearance. i would only sell my VROD because i keep scraping it while railing turns. Scary sometimes when the pegs hit!
I think this guy should just give away his Harley and get a Vespa scooter then maybe he will be happy
Well for starters you could get 2 into 2 vance pipes. Air rides on 16 inch T bars swap out seat to comfy gucci seat..
I gotta say dude all 10 of your points are pretty spot on. I have a 14 VRSCDX and while I do love my bike I honestly hate about 8/10 of the points you brought up. NO PROBLEM , GREAT BIKE , JUST NOT IF YOUR 5'6
Why would you buy this bike if you don't like the sitting position? It is all about that sitting position.
Enjoyed your video laughed at the seating position description ha ha
Hey I have a 2005 vrod, in a rare black and burgany color. I agree with the seating position! after riding it a few summers I now have chronic lower back problems. s
Dude should've just bought a Vespa Scooter
JD MONT oh for god sake. I already sold the Vrod and got myself a KTM Superduke 1290R

I have a 2004 v rod with solid aluminum wheels and they are a safety hazard the wind blows you around fucking everywhere!
Honestly man you probably should've bought yourself a sportster or a dyna or something because the things you "hate" about the V is kinda what makes a V a V. For example power low seating ect, that was all done by design. You should consider trading your bike in and going for something else.
The sit position is the most normal in Custom bikes man!
I am sorry, but the comfort and seating position is one of the first things you notice and make a decision on when purchasing a bike LLF.
Still going to buy one next year.
Buy vespa...
Hello, I have a 2012 night rod, I feel the same with many things but I feel it does give me great power. Your reasons 5-10 I don't agree but I think that is just physical personal experience. I like your bike, where did you get that license plate mount?
+Eduardo Corrochio That's the RIZOMA side license plate
Very good, thorough review. Thanks.
Stopped watching at "Quiet. Just like I like my women."
I stopped reading your comment at the part where you couldn't take a harmless joke....
+sstroh08 LOL!
So I have owned some Bikes until now and right now I am Selling my Kawasaki Z750 to get myself a Night Rod special 2015. Here are my thoughts on your 10 Points.
1. The Seating Position for a Guy like me is so much more comfortable than on any other Bike.
2. The Breaks fellt soooo much better then on any on my other bikes
6. 100% agree
7. Well sry...this point ur getting a bit weired. First the weight is to much for you and now it produces to much power for you to keept itself?
8. Valid point
You forgot number 4 :D
Every bike has pros and cons, fortunately for me, most of the things I mentioned on this list can be fixed.
And don't forget that they improved the ergonomics on the 2012 above models, the bike also got a little bit lighter with the new set of lighter wheels and inverted forks which will certainly improve its handling too.
You will certainly be happy about your choice of buying the nightrod special.
It's too loud and powerful because he's used to riding a dehydrated camel
Shit-can the seat and subframe, make new, higher sitting ones, get or make rearset pegs, with adjustable mounting plates to put your feet where you like.
great video buddy
thank you Naou fal, wa chwya d videoat b englais 3awd tani :D
if it had mid controls it would be a perfect bike
Dude, if you didn't like those 10 things, wait till you have to adjust the valves, which have to be done.........you can't do it with the engine in the frame......you are gonna have to drop the engine out of the frame to do that......
Sounds like you got the wrong bike!! you should buy a kawasaki Z1000R or Honda CB1000R or something like that , this bike is not for everybody!!
Exept the suspention this is a perfect riding bike 👍🏼
I think you need to trade yours for a VRSCR Street Rod or VRSCD Nightrod. Mid controls make this bike so much better, but dipshits wanted the "cool looking cruiser position" so those models died.
It sounds like you need stickier tires.
Pro reviews say Harley did so well with the 240mm setup that it doesn't hinder handling like other big tire bikes.
I have to disagree with most of your points. My complaints list would be fuel tank too small (
thanks for sharing your opinion. Mine has a 5 gal tank. I guess You have one of the earlier Vrod models. Mine is 2011 just before the 10th anniversary models came out
I have the 2015 night rod special, my friend just bought an 07 with mids, i personally hate the mids but im 5'11".
Sounds like you need a Honda monkey bike 😂
Send her to Fredy, they know how to custom this hog.
This guy needs a scooter instead of a real motorcycle .
Great bikes. It's like everything, it can't suit everyone.
you cant hate a bike like that , Its amazing , i've never seen you around before , i live in tetouan thoo 😂
I know and I love this motorcycle, it is just a new trend on youtube. People posting videos about 10 things they hate about their motorcycles
+MolMotor haha guess I should share the 10 things I hate about My vespa
haha, yeah definitely
+MolMotor Hhh wish to see my self on your daily observation
Sure anytime, if we ever meet, I will make sure I will stop, and film some crazy stuff together
Thank you charles, really appreciate it.
No bike is perfect, we just live with them and learn to love them
Ride safe
BIKE PUT ME ON THE SIDE WALK ONCE COMING AROUND A SHARP TURN !!! YOU MUST LOVE GOING STRAIGHT !
+frank filippone yep It doesn't like to turn, built for dragstrip
YOU GOT THAT RIGHT , MY 03 WOULD KEEP UP TO MY FRIENDS 01 GSXR 600 , JUST NOT AROUND TURNS , LOL , I ENDED UP ON THE SIDEWALK ONE TIME , NO DAMAGE EXCEPT MY EGO !
How tall are you ? because I am thinking of a getting a v rod.
Sounds like you need rider training and a much smaller bike.
bro, I own and have owned multiple bikes, this is my opinion on this one
if you hate,why you buy?
sold my vrod. change to diavel. best decision ever.
u r rite man good review
Good. Video..
Nice video! Thank you.
thank you sir
It's a Harley...... Expect anything different? They just caught up to 1985 Japanese technology. And will still get stomped by a 80's Vmax.
you must very much apologize my friend.
I heard the Honda Valkyrie is a good muscle bike alternative
The Valkyrie is a great power cruiser too. Really comfy compared to the Vrod. Its engine is really smooth and delivers higher torque figures. However, Power to weight ratio, I believe the Vrod has a slight advantage, not so much significant thought. At the end, it all comes to personal taste
I also like Honda's reliability. I wouldn't want a bike with foot placement that far up either.
There is no doubt about it. Hondas are more reliable than Harleys, with that said, I ve never had an issue with mine for all the time I had it. As for the foot pegs, you could get a mid mount set for additional comfort
+samuel lopes
I've owned Honda, Kawazaki and Suzuki but a Harley is a Harley Samuel. It is just a whole different thing.
yamaha vmax, suzuki m109r, triumph rocket III, and a few others as well also are pretty great muscle bikes, especially the vmax although I'm a little biased as that's what I ride lol
so hard to talk myself into buying into this Mexican American Harley Davidson yeah they still got a good name and the night Edition is a nice looking bike but I see so many complaints and safety issues and brake downs from cheap materials wheels locking up from cheap or defective bearings brakes going out from cheap brake hose all the newer harley bikes are disappointing.
Oh and it was actually k.c. Missouri plant.. idk what your mexi-american reference is all about.
harley is another victim of dirry CEO they outsource all the parts to increase profit the parts come from mexico and other countries caterpillar is the same way. after a few years many of the greedy ceo give them self a big bonus every year say the company made no money and close the doors. many times the foreign parts get modified and relabled as made iy USA i know because i helped a company relabel 800,000 brackets that needed a single modification. assembled in usa only.
Not a long distance bike...city country only
Now lie on the bed and close your eyes
why did u buy a harley ay first place?
you need a Huffy
I don't think it is your seat change the handle bars up and to you the seating position should feel better.
absolutely, that's exactly what am gonna do, thanks for the advice
your welcome.
2 stroke low end
great vids (y) keep it up
thanks amine, I hope you enjoy my videos
Of course i do ! I'll be always here for the support
Really appreciate it, peace (y)
Why do you ride it, then?
I think you will be more happy on an enduro bike.
RanGer498 I do have an enduro bike, and btw I have already sold the vrod and bought a KTM superduke 1290r
MolMotor how do you like the superduke 1290r
I always thought that this bike looked poorly designed for handling. Go to your Ducati dealer and they will be happy to see you on a machine that you will have less to complain about! I love mine.
I would love to get the Xdiavel
MolMotor I am kinda partial to ducs! had a 1991 900ss , traded it in for my 2001 st2 I have put 390.000 miles on these 2 bikes
Have this bike for more than 6 years and I love it, don’t agree with most of this comments.
Everything can be fixed, but am giving my opinion on the bike on its stock form
Why did u got vrod if u don't like most of the this that the vrod r famous for ( low ride bike - too much power - heavyweight and far seating position with classic sport looks )
Dude Harley Davidson is not for you , get a sport bike maybe .
FlyBoy787900 that's what I did, got a ktm superduke 1290r
Harley davidson sounds all bikes love me liked bikes
to much power lol😂,then why you were beaten by bmw ?
I like my.motorcycles.like I like my.woman, lmao hahahah
fine moto bike...
Harley davidson in showroom in jaipur rajasthan indino
How tall are you? What is normal size? Why did you buy it , you seem to hate it. EVERY BIKE IS HEAVY. SO YOU LIKE THE LOOKS ,BUT HATE BRAKING, SUSPENSION, HORSEPOWER, SEATING POSITION, EHGINE HEAT........ WHY BUY THIS BIKE? GO BUY A Harley SPORTSTER 883, MEANT FOR SMALLER WEAKER [FEMALE?] RIDERS.
I had the sportster 1200 before, was too weak. Anyway, I have already sold the vrod, and got a KTM superduke 1290r
its a mans bike .
This makes me laugh as in guys buy a bike like this but want
everything other bikes have.
You want a bike that is comfortable long range smooth ride but
then you buy a full out dragster WTF.
Buy something suitable for what you want its only common sense.
the 10 things I don't like about something is a youtube trend --"
