You've got more living space and if you want to move Juliette in and have your own office space just for gaming and videos, you could do that. Aunt Jackie's house is not big enough to accommodate both you and Juliette and still have an office space or room for kids in the future. Both places need some fixing up from the looks of it. So you should renovate aunt Jackie's house regardless and move your mom into there and have her pay you back for renovation costs (if she choses to live there). If she still doesn't want it, your aunt Jackie could pay you back renovation costs and rent the house out for extra income. $83k is a pretty good deal for a full sized home that gives you room for the future, and if you bring Juliette in, she could help cover costs for utilities if you split costs.
Alternatively, if aunt Jackie doesn't need the extra income and lets you keep the small house, you could rent it out and use the tenant's monthly rent to help pay for living in Buzz's house.
