Technically, no. Highlands ranch has been built out. If you want to be close, this community building is part way through building. But they don't have free access to all the rec centers, you'd have to pay per visit. Otherwise, you'd feel like you lived right in Highlands Ranch. There will probably be some more construction on the perimeter of Highlands Ranch coming up as well, but within the boundaries, everything is complete. Thanks for asking and watching!
