What was especially wonderful and amazing was the fact that she did all that with no stress, no breathing; she simply opened her mouth and all that beautiful music flowed out as if it were a simple sweet breath, like a young child blowing out birthday candle. She was total magic.

I remember hearing this for the first time only a couple of years ago and it literally stopped me in my tracks. No other song or singer had ever done that to be before. I just had to take in the honey tones and marvel at the voice. There are many many great vocalists. But there are none better then Ella.
