First Aid competence to continue with mountain rescue training, not sure of the scope involved.

@@jebatevrana Pretty sure it's ITLS. That's the baseline training they give to everyone. They were using a KED. That's beyond first aid.
HGSS is a first class organization. If I still lived there I'd be right up in it.
