The most difficult part of braiding is knowing the right amount of hair to use 🤦🏿♀️ is it just me? 🤷🏿♀️
for me i buy hair that is already separated like curls, and then box braid with them, this way they are all the same size, ii pick and go, the hair with loose curls that look separated but are in a bunch but you can just pick the pieces

It depends on the style you choose, how big you want your braids. I’ve had something similar to this style and it took 4 to 5 hours.

My mom used to put our hair in a pony tail but would have the flower thingy so tight o felt like it was pulling my eyes side ways. As soon as I reached the top of the hill to go to school I'd take it out. My hair would be a tangled mess. So she cut my sis and I hair short. Hated that too
