Loved it, Incredible insight @CreatorScienceYT Here are my notes for creators:
    - Creators lack the knowledge and guidance to build their creator business into a business model
    - Retention is everything, if needed higher a community manager
    - Go for ARR business model, avoid a MRR module because of the churn.
    - Higher prices make the community perceived more valuable
    - Cap the community → more demand
    Jay's $500,000 Creator Funnel:
    Discovery Platform: RUclips, Social

    Relationship Platform: Email

    More Trust: Podcast

    Paid Community, Courses

    This was great, Greg.
I definitely gravitate toward people who really want to do these types of businesses with integrity, with quality at center and with care - Jay is a great example.

At a certain point it feels weird learning about how to succeed from such a variety of people who succeeded all in the same general niche of helping other people make money too. They make a LOT of money off of other people's desperation (at worst, I guess it could sometimes just be desire) to make money and it feels hard to compare or translate to what is possible in other niches. It feels hard to imagine other memberships being as lucrative or successful, for instance.

OK right out of the gate I can tell this is exactly what I needed to hear tonight, just returned home from filming shoreline we are Selfridge air base and Delmar harbor here in Michigan Harrison Township, with my DJI drone and I think I've gotten some amazing footage. And I have been on this creator path for this whole past year and I am passionate about making this the future formula. I need help I need to push. Return to my old job 29 years as a sales engineer term manufacturing company. Deep in my pit of my stomach I know I made a bad choice and now my time is very short. With that being said I am pursuing some of the paths of taking some AI creator courses and very serious about the creator and sticking with my aerial drone cinematography and possibly getting into business advertising drone footage forreal estate listings. Also I've created a few short videos of Detroit and some other Michigan footage. I have many edited reels and videos that I have not even released yet because I'm all over the map I'm just not sure where my channel is heading and having trouble picking 1 path. Watched your content many times today I've decided I'm gonna watch everything and get this great information that you have I love this the video you have here right now and your guest I'm only three minutes in and I can't wait to finish it. Thank you in advance for what you guys do and how much you give back to up and coming creators
