That being said, Kid Buu is way more dangerous. At least with Super Buu there's partially a method to his madness.

Pretty much the only reason they didnt include buu in the tournament of power is cause he'd be too op, dude's got stamina for days and cant really be stopped without killing him, wich would go against the rules... also marketing. Frieza gets them more money.
