Russ, I appreciate that you are very methodical and thorough in your descriptions and explanations bout the locations and city information with the story boards. I also like the superlatives you use to describe some of the cities and states. Especially when you use the term pretty and gorgeous to describe a beautiful scenery. You are appreciated Russ. Thank you.
Russ thank you so much for putting these videos together. This is my first time out to Quartzsite and it would’ve been very difficult without your sharing of BLM land locations. Thank you so much maybe I’ll run into you sometime.
Your video popped up in my feed for the first time and I'm glad it did. I like how your narrate your video and the scenery is just spectacular. Thanks for taking the time to edit and put it all together for us. God be with you in your travels.
I appreciate you showing all the BLM areas around the Q, Russ. I'm sitting here in Tennessee freezing and wishing I was there! Maybe next year...anyway, thank you for your videos showing where folks can camp once they get out there.
Went to Blythe Monday to pick up a package and on the way home we were talking about Dome Rock. So thanks for the details!! We are staying on LaPosa South.
Nice view. We are at Dome Rock now and it is great weather. The noise from 10 isnt bad where we are, and our cell coverage is great. Also, great ice cream.
Hi Russ, we appreciate you showing us around Quartzsite and the drone footage is a real bonus! Will you be showing the BLM areas again once they fill up for the winter?
Thanks for the tour, we are meeting friends at Road Runner. Looking forward to that video, the drone really puts into perspective. Thanks for sharing...
Perfect timing for this video...I'll be there in about a week and knowing what's available for BLM parking is super helpful. Thanks for providing such a valuable service to fellow RVers.
Hey Russ! We’ve made it to Laposa West, been here for two days & got settled in. Going to stop be the prospectors shop in Quartzite & take a gander at one of the Keene dry washers. Been keeping an eye out for you.
Hi russ love your channel ❤wished you had a contest id love to win and travel with you to see the sites! Its beautiful but i know your married tell her hello and you guys stay safe...she lucky her husband likes to travel and camp...its great!
Russ, would you consider doing a video on the rv parks in Q? Like how many parks there are and if there is a price difference in them? Do they rent by the month? Are some more safe to be in as a solo female? I love this series about the BLM land and it would be great if you could tell us more about the rv parks after you do this BLM series. Thank you.
Another great video! If things go right, I’ll be there next winter. Would it be possible, if not to difficult, to use an animated arrow to point out specific things you are talking about? Thanks!
great video ! hey Russ , i'm here in Quartzite , palamosa rd. Bob Well caravan . and was wondering if you knew anyone in Quartzite that can re - rivet one that broke on my awning ?
Is the gold claim area part of the BLM land we can camp on? Your drove by it on your way to the end of the BLM area and I wasn’t sure if that is part of it or not.
Hi Russ Is it safe to camp on the Dome Rock Road (free Camping) or would it be better to camp in the full hook up sites where you camp? If a person wants to camp in the full hookup sites what’s the cost and the name of the campground where you stay
Hey Russ, Looked at previous post, More information on BLM rules.. How far do you have to move after 14 days ? I saw 25 miles, does that put you in Parker ?? How long do you have to stay out of area before coming back ? Road conditions away from freeway maybe toward dome rock ?? Have 2WD truck , trailer has low clearance, think Airstream.... How crowded in January ?? Can you do similar vid in January so we can see the difference ??? Thanks a lot Russ !!!!! Safe Travels !!!!!
Russ, I know this is an older video, but can you answer this, once your 14 days is up, can you leave and re-enter and register again. Or are there locations where you can buy a yearly pass for these BLM lands. How do they enforce this rule when thousands of RV's are in the area at the peak season, if thousands and thousands are in there, how can permit checkers possibly check every RV.... Just curious.
You can say in a free area for 14 days and then you have to move. You can go to another free area but it has to be at least 25 miles from the current free area. I believe you have to be away from the previous free area for 28 days before you can return. There is not a pay option to extend your stay in a free area. You can stay in one of the four Long Term Visitor Areas (LTVA) located south of town off of each side of highway 95 for an extended period. The fee is $40 for 14 days and $180 for the season that runs from Sept 15th through April 15th. You can continue to renew the 14 day stay for additional payments of $40. Some of the LTVA areas have pit toilets and trash bins. LaPosa South has a dump station and water. There are no facilities in the free areas. There is no option to use the dump, trash and water in the LTVA unless you pay the camp fee. Be aware that the dump has limited hours and can have long lines around the show period.

I vote for Russ for Mayor of Quartzite. You’ve done such a great job highlighting and promoting this area of the U.S. Thanks again for a great VLOG.
Thanks for the rundown. So many VLOGers are self-indulgent and talk about their dog and whatnot instead of telling us what we need to know.
Great tour guide of the BLM ... thanks Russ!
Russ thank you so much for putting these videos together. This is my first time out to Quartzsite and it would’ve been very difficult without your sharing of BLM land locations. Thank you so much maybe I’ll run into you sometime.

Hi Russ, we appreciate you showing us around Quartzsite and the drone footage is a real bonus! Will you be showing the BLM areas again once they fill up for the winter?

I look forward to seeing how the areas will change once folks start coming in.
Nice video for the newbees coming to Quartzite. I don't expect that there are many places that you'll be alone and quiet. Happy trails.
Thanks Russ that was the best. Even when you get there you can go back to this video.
Thanks for the tour, we are meeting friends at Road Runner. Looking forward to that video, the drone really puts into perspective. Thanks for sharing...

Great video. We are coming January 22nd. I know it get packed but is it still easy to find a place for a motorhome with a trailer?
Is the gold claim area part of the BLM land we can camp on? Your drove by it on your way to the end of the BLM area and I wasn’t sure if that is part of it or not.
no it is day use only...as far as i know... will check on that
What if I have someone drop me off and I want to setup my own tent on the BLM land. Can I do that? Camping on that land without a vehicle?
Do you have to register and pay if you just want to hang out for a few hours and then leave?
Hi Russ
Is it safe to camp on the Dome Rock Road (free Camping) or would it be better to camp in the full hook up sites where you camp?
If a person wants to camp in the full hookup sites what’s the cost and the name of the campground where you stay
are you allowed to go back and forth on dome rock road to stay on both sides ?
14 days only on both
Is there a charge to register for the 14 day stay? For a permit?
Hey Russ,

it is safe...lock up and dont leave loose items laying around

First!
Can you stay longer if you pay? How much would that be?

Bruce H Very nice comment👍
Bridgeburner .,.... Thanks!
maybe im not asking right can i stay 14 days on one side then go across street and stay another 14 days ?
After 24 days you will have to move 25 miles if you want to camp at another BLM free site. You can return to a previous site after 28 days.
Is this area ATV friendly???
oh yes atv heaven
Well, excuse me, why would anybody want to camp in such an ugly desert?
