@@davetherave1729 I wouldn't say they are better. Cheaper yes but not better. Good location though. All depends on what u want. I have stayed at the Sutus court 1 many times as well. Thank u for watching
nice, i arrive next friday staying at sea me spring too soi 10, was looking at this hotel also. i agree great soi to stay on,close to the beach baht bus either way and very close to most of the bars, my home away from home. have a good one mate

Thanks for the video. I stayed here in December. It is a nice place . Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Location is excellent too.

Yah, that's my concern too, especially the soi dogs in quiet Sois.

For long stay like 1 to 3 months, renting an apartment is much cheaper. Maybe Airbnb is possible for some hotels , and cheaper .

i suggest 25-35€, a night there , nice basic hotel , i dont like luxury hotels all the time, waste of money. , prices for drink and food are the same like in my little town in europe,

Welcome back to Thailand. I'll be back there March 21- April 6th. I love Soi 10. I always stay at the Page 10 hotel. My favorite. But you are right, great location, everything is close either by walking or short baht bus ride.
