Oh sry,i knew it was gonna spawn , it was my third time testing if leviathan spawns if i drive while on cd ,sry for lying to you all but it still spawned and while doin levi we didnot do any sea events so it means that cd has nothing to do with leviathan .
It depends sometimes whej you just enter lvl 6 it spawns skmetimes when u go 9999 meters it still doesnt spawn i recommend reset once after you pass 9999meters
Yeah that happnes to so many people thats why stay near to the boat and see the coordinates of the boat and when levi has around 100 k hp you take the boat .

Actually, no need to be max. As long as you have Max HP which is possible or you have Shark Race you're good.

Btw if your hunting with 5-6 ppl use portal v to despawn everything everyone has to get into the portal for it to work this also works for solo
Agreed but sometime the boat might glitch and if ur sitting in the boat you won't get in portal v that's why I don't recommend it .
also u can use sound for sea event
