Only thing Photoshop and Aftereffects need is Camera Raw on video instead of first frame. Also other filters and effects that apply only on the first frame.
I will not obviously watch the tutorial since I'm not working with video for now ... If i watch this tutorial it will be for sure after the other programs I mentioned. And my question was why should I do it before them ?
if you watch 1st minute of video He will explain it... I work with video and photos, I miss a lot of tools in my video editing software that I like in Photoshop. If Photoshop is program you are most familiar with, i would suggest working with it for your video, as video editing concepts are same through all the video editing programs.
While this is a good video, it does not provide information on where the timeline panel can be found, if there is a timeline panel in Photoshop Elements 13.
