Thanks Aunty. Initially the flour was breaking ..then I added more wheat flour and it helped. I think if we reduce the quantity of sooji in it..it might be better..what do u say? As sooji made them far too crispy :)
Preety Mongia If you don't like them too crispy then you can reduce the quantity of sooji here. If he dough is not binded well, the mathri will break while rolling.
