I did what you said on loosening the frame and adding WD-40 and I only have the stock shock and it made it soooo much better. Before it didn’t move at all and made a horrible squeaking sound and now it’s butter smooth and a lot quieter!
Nice. I ordered a new rear air shock for my Ridstar Q 20 Pro AWD . I think the factory one is Fake just filling in the gap, like riding on a piece of wood. Hopeful this helps!!
Never seen those steerer tube extenders before. I was going to buy a +45 degree stem to make up some of the lost height, but that extender might be a better idea
Good feedback- I think 45 degree stem might work but stem extender is probably cheaper option. The other option is small stem and taller BMX style handlebars
E-10 is hall sensors error with motor. Check motor connector in right side of bike to ensure connection. Unplug and reconnect if error then contact jansno

It took some trial and error to figure out but in the end it is a big improvement in ride. Hope this video helps other x50 and x70 owners out
Go for it! Big improvement on the ride and front fork stability
Yeah the fork on mine is terrible. The stanchions move back and forth when braking and releasing and when hitting bumps.

how much better are the front forks compared to stock?
Muck better damping and the top crown is secured to the shock whereas the stock one is loose and too muck play and moves around

Ebikes stem are not standard height like the aftermarket forks
