Knights vs Spawn is an interesting point on comparison. I think the knights start of stronger and have a great ceiling with their potential random stat increases. The Dragon Spawn have a great number of wounds and get to become living flamethrowers later which is amazing. They're both great.
Hello, i found one of your videos through coincidende and absolutely fell in love with your videos and this game. Thank you for doing that. But one question: Can you do like stragety videos or some kind of "This is good against that" or "what you wanna do/cant do with that kind of army constellation". I think with your "explanatory" kind of style that would be great. Sorry for the bad english, im german. Love :)
@@adolfhipsteryolocaust3443 A generalised tutorial explaining some of the base mechanics would be a great idea. More specific things become increasingly contextual so there may be a limit to what can be covered at a hypothetical level.
Haven't finished the video yet but demonic possesion becomes really good if you buy items that give extra skill, give plus one to hit roll, or reroll attacks
The 'Prowess' magic item in particular, granting +2 skill, is great as it means even after the negative effect from possession the champion might still be hitting on 3+. I will definitely prioritise that one if it pops up.
Ah, the other kind of Tar Pit Unit: A Unit that the enemies can't even scratch the paint on the armor. It helps that said paint is made from the screaming souls of the damned. lol
The Abyssal Warriors are in a weird spot where their defence is outstanding and their damage output is also great. Usually you are forced to pick either or. They are probably in the running for best infantry in the game.
Abyssal Warriors are so strong. Hope you get an Archdevil, they are so crazily good. I would probably have moved the Abyssal Warriors out of range from that Giant, so that it would charge the Axes, which I would then flee with. I found that it may sometimes be a benefit to flee, as you do not suffer losses and the charging unit often end up in a vulnerable position.
My last Abyssal Legion run with the Abyssal Sorcerer has two Archdevils stomping around so plenty mega monsters to see there. You're absolutely right regarding fleeing the axes, I'm getting better at it but making the best use of the flee mechanic is slow coming due to my learning the game prior to its implementation.
I really appreciate that you go through the rules at the start of every series. Makes it easy to pick up regardless of where one starts!
You're very welcome, glad it was of use. Thanks.
I love the visible growth your channel is going through, well done you deserve it!
Thank you very much. All credit to those watching and enjoying it.
Those are some meaty tanks! looking forward to the new series.
When your arms have the strength of cannons, ranged attacks are optional.
That's my favorite start with the Abyssal Legions, maybe swapping the knights out for the dragon spawn.

Return of the Goose! 🪿Edit: I suppose he and his twin demon may not be on theme 😂
The double daemons last time likely means we will leave them at home this time, but they will appear on the channel again.

Typical german apologizing for bad english after speaking better than 90% of native english speakers

@RB-Cpt.Chakax-e3c exactly what I was thinking about

Damn, we didn't get another variant of diggy diggy hole song? if these were slaneesh chaos warriors, I feel it would be quite a fitting song!!
I don't know of a 'chaos, diggy diggy hole'. If there is something lurking out there, please let me know.

would be nice if they added hell cannons
Put a built in reroll ones
@@mcarrowtime7095 Maybe make the cannon somewhat good in combat to represent the cannon itself being a living monster?
