Ok guys those that want to know or what ever. The paint used was bupli color anodized purple with their base caot silver its the only base that works with the paint. I found out the hard way a few years back. And the flake is rasberry med flake i aplied it bry with a home made flake dospensor. And a butt load of clear.
Interesting choice of colors on the guitar that captures the 80s hair band glam. It was a great period in life where guitars ruled the music scene, and guys hair were just as big and long like the chicks, also not to mention the makeup guys wore. LOL!!! Great project Dane!!! That guitar should find a home in someone's collection.
Very nice, thats glamtastic sounds killer too! I liked videos you guys do, keep it up! I just came up on a "86 Japanese Contemporary Strat that I was thinking 'bout bringing by the store, its pretty beat up and has a couple of interesting things done to it.
Really enjoyed that. Those Dimarzio’s seem to have had a lot of fire left in them. Bet they were good old faithful super distortions! Everything popped on that guitty! From the paint to the pups. Excellent work all the way around! Cheers!
Very cool bud, great score on the Dimarzio's. I once picked up an Ibanez Destroyer which sounded amazing. While doing a string change I popped the pickups out to see what they were & was pleased to find a Slash set of Seymour Duncan's. They were worth what i paid for the guitar alone. 😊
I had an old warlock. It had a zero fret.. does anyone ever know if it was a standard build and what series. It did not have a floyd rose but had a tremolo ststem that was bulit to compete with the floyd rose type system.. i forgot who made the tremelo system. But the zero fret made that warlock play so easily like I was cutting butter with a hot kinfe. The pickups were standard.. it souned great with a pro co ratt and an old 30 watt amp. So easy and comfortable to play and my fingers would not get all tired from pressing and holding chords for a whole set of songs..
Want to buy a shirt please offer some other colors i have to a ton of black shirts! The finish is great... the orange knobs are an interesting choice, i would have picked the black ones..
Can someone tell me the year of this guitar? I have the same b.c. rich nj series guitar but black. (same diamond inlays, knob set up, and harpoon head). Just trying to find out more about it and it’s value.
Nice guitar Zimm it's worth it and yes that's my real nickname BallsStink jones past girlfriends gave me that name the girlfriend's are long gone but my balls still stink
