Great video, Drew! Your guide on choosing the right water softener is so helpful and easy to understand. Thanks for helping us make informed decisions about our home water systems! -Macy (Team Evan)
@@AngelWater So when US Water Systems say they build their systems, they mean from parts they've sourced from other companies. "We manufacture our systems in our own state-of-the-art facility in Danville, Indiana and sell direct to the end user (whether that be residential or commercial). We cut-out-all-the-middlemen and sell direct."
@@matthewp5478 I know its confusing. Yes they buy parts and put them together in a building. They do not manufacture the Valve, the Tank or the Resin. They say they keep the costs down but now you have to decide if you trust them to use high quality products. Mainly the RESIN. Is it Chinese or American Made. Is it NSF44 certified? It comes down to trust for you matthewp. Do you trust them? Most online companies (I think ALL ONLINE COMPANIES) are building products to hit a low price point NOT building them for longevity. Food for thought.
@@AngelWater General Technologies C110DQ 10% crosslinked resin, NSF/ANSI Standard 44 & 61 Certified, however this resin is made in China. I did check with Ecowater first (through Costco). Ecowater wants twice the price for a system half the size, but installation was included. I appreciate your videos, keep up the good work.
Sure.. But there are many things that can go wrong. We have been in homes until 11PM because we cracked the distributor. Be careful and take your time.

Thank you so much for watching Macy!
Hi wat do u think of the salt free systems ? Are they worth it to buy instead of the salt system?
Where does US Water Systems fit in your matrix of water softener companies/manufacturers?
They are an online retailer, not a manufacturer!
