Can’t wait to make one of these , love the simplicity of the pattern that allows the print to shine. Only problem ... I have so many projects I want to do . 🙏
Perfect.. We're going to a 70's party in September.. I've made our caps.. I think I have enough left, after I make my belt to do this bag.. Thanks so very much, for sharing. Much Respect. Peace Always.
Wooow i always admire your works you are gifted my dear i pray for you that GOD will continue blessing you with more great ideas that will open opportunity doors for you I always love your job and i thank GOD for you
Very nice tutorial, with the honest trial and error. One thing you can do with the handles connections, I think, is covering them with some pieces of cloths. Just an idea.
Good you didn't tell us that the lining will be shorter than the main fabric because I noticed that while you were folding the top edges. Thanks for sharing
I love this bag. So easy to make and a nice match for my Ankara dresses. You can also use store bought handles. I have some I need to utilize. Thank you do much for your clear and precise instructions.
Wonderful fabric and great tutorial. Maybe if the tunnel is a bit tight you could cover the rope with Saran Wrap it makes it slicker, and at the end you can pull it out. When I made cushion covers and had to get the fabric on the very dull foam I put the Saran Plastic on the foam pillow and the case went on easier. Pretty bag, very retro I like it.
I love your bag but I will cut it a bit longer so I can get the handle to join in side when it’s been joined as you explained one inch was a bit too small thankyou for sharing through I will be making one
Jeanie Puckett you called this a "market bag". With that handle only a pound of escallion and some thyme the handle can manage. This is handy for taking a phone, stationery, make up and hit the road
I just found you. Beautiful fabric and awesome project. Not sure I can find enough fabric, but might have to piece some together. It will be a patchwork tote. lol. Thanks for the great tutorial. I subscribed.
This is a beautiful bag and your fabric choice is also. That fabric looks as good on the wrong side as it does on the right side. It's just beautiful ! Where did you purchase it and is i tavailable worldwide?
I will definitely make one. Thank you for sharing. It is beautiful. I have a pair of bamboo handles" which I will need to find a way to use instead of the rope used. It seems so easy.
É bom medir tudo antes todos os lados para ficar tudo simétrico e para não ficar torto, desta forma, fica muito mais fácil e mais bonito. O acabamento faz toda a diferença!
I love your choice of fabrics! You might also reinforce the lining on the upper corners of the inner pockets. It'll make them last longer. Just add a stripe of leather around the exposed ends....
I love your teaching God 🙏 will continue to help you and bless you thank 4 the video
