You're right about the clutter. It actually stressed me out seeing so much clutter due to my spending habits. Also, earning and using the saved money to invest in yourself for the future is the way to go. Learning a lot this year and hopefully get out of the hole I've dug with those impulse buys. It feels good seeing extra money after the end of the month :)

My sisters got this thing of buying drink glasses. Like we have dozens of different glasses that take up so much space in the cupboards

Hey there my handsome and pretty little cobras! I always believe in being transparent on my minimalism and money/wealth building journey. I def can admit that I was super spendy this past year and I wanted to share what's working in helping me cull down the shopping habit. I got 3 things that helped me as someone who used to be an extreme minimalist and now has gone shopping crazy. I want to share my shopping mistakes and moving forward, what relationship I want to have with shopping and a more gentler minimalism.
    xoxo

I understand the dupes addiction. That's why I do exactly what you say and honestly ask myself If I should buy a dupe or the real thing and wait until I have enough money for it. And most of the times, after a few years, the expensive things I wanted to buy are not interesting to me anymore.

Hey False, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Facts, dupes aren't it.
