I hear the train! I was brought up on Long Island and miss hearing trains. I now live on the panhandle of Florida and there is no trains.
I put my bags in the freezer before I kit up to reduce static.
I will have to try the freezer trick!
Hi Laura, I am about 73% complete on this kit as I watch your video. I’m a perimeter diamond painter. I go around the edge until it gets smaller and smaller and end in the middle! Thanks for the video.❤ from 🇨🇦 edited to add: yes, lots of multi placing and quite a bit of static!

Wow... a perimeter painter... never heard of that method.. I'm intrigued!! I'm not sure my little neurotic brain could handle it, but I may have to give that a try! 🙂
@@julieserres9713 and @alinagordyn - to clarify, I use release papers, and do 4 inch sections across the bottom, up the side, across the top, then down the other side. I repeat that, on large paintings, flipping the canvas as I go. I hope that makes sense - happy diamond painting!

Thank you Laura for great video. I have that kit as well, and I am afraid of its size. Will follow. I hope you feel better. Even if you didn't say a word, I would still watch your videos. As far as your container situation, you can probably use some washi tape around the tip of them to make the lids tighter. Looking forward for your post review of the light house canvas(also kitted up and ready to go). I have a full time job, so I am always interested in what other people do. Feel better.

I’m with you on several counts. One, although I understand the decision, I’m disappointed that the Baldwin trial ended so abruptly. Why did they bury that evidence? Two, I hate spoilers!!! Oh, and I can’t wait to see this painting finished. It’s been on my wish list but I’m currently on a low buy.

I would like suggest The Diamond Artisan Shop for a new shop if you haven't tried them. I have completed a kit from them and it was great quality. I agree with you regarding the ASMR videos and sounds, they really just grate my nerves. I have to avoid them too. Have a great week!! Can't wait for Wednesday's video! Hey there, thanks for the great video! Have you heard of The One With The Diamond Art? I've seen a few reviews from The Principle Painter. She's doing a huge owl image (100x100) that I wouldn't have the patience for.. even though I love confetti.. that is too much for me. LOL. I left my diamond painting set up unattended when I was visiting my sister and my niece. I learned a valuable lesson.. a 2 year old can open a jar of drills without any problems. I'm glad DAC gives 20% extra.. because I lost the whole jar in the carpet! 🙂 Btw.. I love the laid back videos, not everything has to be structured, sometimes it's good to "free-style it" Have a great rest of your week!

Diamond Art Studio UK is my vote for another company to try. I love their work and I've completed a couple, so has Diamonds And Washi if you wanna hear her opinions about the shop too.
