Circling the hands etc. My neighbor became 104 doing this only 1 sided. He said doing bilateral both sides at same time is bad for blood circulation. This is mentioned in Robert Jackson book never be sick.
@@bustylegend2579 Seriously, there are quite a few side-stance fighters at the highest level of the game. Conor Mcgregor, Machida, Wonderboy, Michael Venom Page, Gunnar Nelson. Certainly not as common, but obviously those guys are all killers, so it works if implemented correctly.
If someone tries to kick the back of his leg. He goes for a side kick. The leg isn't there or the kick thrown at him helps assist his leg coming up for a chamber to throw a kick. He uses it against them
