With the risk of seeming edgy, this to me literally sounds like the feeling of trying to contain pure anger and rage. Just listen: In the beginning its "Now I'm fuckin' mad". Over the course of the song it's "Keep it together, man! I CAN'T DO IT! Just focus and keep it together!". Then at the end "Dear God, it's finally over...".
