    PART 2: • 1994 Toyota Supra Turb...
    Full description:
    2007
I worked across the street from a Circuit City electronics store. Every night, a white Supra with a Blitz body kit was parked under the centermost lamp in the Circuit City parking lot. The cars presence became commonplace until Circuit City closed down in 2009.
    March 2015
It was many years until the Supra was spotted again, except this time, it was in the driveway of a home. A thick layer of dirt covered the car, and the tires had debris built up around them. The tags had been expired for two years (2013 expiration date) and a 3-year old image on Google Street View confirmed that the car hadn't moved an inch since then.
I went to the door of the home to inquire with the owner. He told me that the car had a Blitz blow off valve that would fail smog inspection. He had already purchased a replacement car and the Supra fell lower on his priorities list. He said the car was likely to continue sitting, and that he'd rather see the Supra get restored by the hands of another than continue to sit.
The engine oil was clean and at the proper level. Using a MKIII Supra battery, the car fired right up.
I regret not making a video of this event... it was a moment to behold. I never planned to make a video about the car. Hindsight's 20/20.
The Supra drove out from it's resting spot, and I went around the block for a test drive. The first turbo spooled up with minimal pedal effort and the sound had me hooked. I let off the pedal and heard "PSHHHH." I knew this was my lucky day.

I would cut my arm off for a Mk4 that sat for a decade.
