On meal planning it’s so hard to cook. I called my mom the other day asking her how she did it because she would cook for all of us and have a full time job. It’s just me and my boyfriend and the amount of stress I go through. We have done hellofresh this past year and it’s help with dinner during the work week. I don’t know how other people do it.
my mom too!! They are superwomen. But to be fair and not super hard on ourselves, our parents generation didn't have nearly the amount of distraction that we have between our phones and every streaming service possible. I'm loooooving these vlogs though. Such a great energy. I need to try those scones!! :)
I don’t like being the contrary person in the comments but double cleansing in the AM isn’t necessary for really anybody! and your skin barrier may benefit from no cleanser in the AM at all. I thought I had very acne prone skin for years but I was actually compromising my skin barrier by over cleansing. Stopped washing in the AM entirely and saw huge changes. Ask an esthetician for their take, that’s how I realized my issues were from oil over production because it was so dehydrated!
I’ve heard mixed things but generally find my skin does well without cleansing in the am! Definitely seems like something to experiment with and find the right fit for your skin type ❤️❤️❤️
Omg okay, firstly on meal planning, even when you do sometimes is impossible to keep up with it. I have an extremely busy day everyday, and cooking has literally become a CHORE when i work. I struggle to even think sometimes that i am pretty sure healthy eating is not there. So I totally understand where you are coming from! Secondly, i wanted to ask you and anyone else really, do your rib cage Levis break on the inner thighs too? I swear I have passed at least 3 pairs in the last couple of years…
Exactly - in the summer I don’t even really try to be healthy in any which way I’m just trying to eat lol. I haven’t had that issue but I also haven’t had the jeans for very long!

In regards to breakouts you should always double cleanse your face morning and night. Also don't forget the Spf 50 during the day!

@@GeorgieMorley ah no worries! I have naturally chunky thighs so maybe its just that..which is a shame because i love that cut of jeans!
