Hi everyone! What do you think of this shortened format? It was a challenge for me to condense all the info into such a short video, but I wanted to try something new. Also! I totally forgot some stuff - substats! So, here's that: "What substats are good?" Crit/Crit DMG (~6.5%) > ATK% (3%) > Liberation Bonus (2%) > Flat Attack (1.5%) "How much Energy Regen?" 19.2% in a Yinlin/Verina team, or 8.5% in a Changli/Verina team~
You deserve more support! Thank you so much for this. I hope a lot of Wuwa players stumble upon on your channel. I appreciate that you don't yap too much than other guides just to make their video long. This is a quality guide I would say.
2:34 inaccurate information. electric 4 pc passive is procced to 30% after a res skill or heavy attack. xiangli yao does res skill many times to fit within buff window for 100% uptime. to get the lingertunes attackbuff, need to be onfield for 6 seconds at 1.5 intervals. the idea of the passive negates the utility of xiangli yao's burst uptime remaining after swap. i have found that running 44111 crit rate / atk 4 costs gives the maximum damage w 40% electro dmg buffing 33, 18, 18, 18 percent atk. that is 87% attack buffed by 40% elemental damage. much more reliable damage that a small window 60% elemental dmg buffed by 18, 18, 40 percent attack. 87% atk / 40% electro or 76% conditional atk / 60% electro? math conditions state that constants are better than variables. and xiangli yao's resonance skill has 2 cool downs, but they both proc 40% electro. anytime you leave the field in lingering tunes, you must re enter battle for 6 seconds. burst over by then
This is an incredible video. You put so much efforts not only into the calculations, but all of the animations and sound effects. I love the way you present the animations like you're standing right next to a board. Thank you so much for all of your effort you put into this. This was an instant subscribe. 💖
Of course I like the longer videos. But those take longer to make. And this shorter format still keeps all the relevant information, so they are just as good. Thank you.
Will you be surprised again after watching the optimal encore changli rotation? Because I don't have any idea what's happening in that rotation, shit is too fast for my brain
The crazier thing is that Encore/Sanhua has the same DPS as Changli/Encore at 59k, whilst also being much easier to play. Sanhua is just built different I guess.
@@kingsimba9513Its Encore that is just really busted. Best character in the game for versatility (She does excellent in overworld speed farming AND ToA clears).
Amazing breakdown, love your videos! Thanks so much for your hard work, keep it up! :) I shared it on some of the forums I post on related to WuWa, you deserve all the views and subs! :)
Awesome content as always! Love the new format too - very digestible for a Day 1 crash course grounded in real numbers and not just 'feel'. Would love if you would make separate videos later showing gameplay/rotations, etc. as well
Im so happy that you are making Wuwa Videos. I saw you first when i playd tof but quitted long time ago. Thanks for the Video. Rip TF Echo Set^^ I always hated their 4 cost Echos so i used Flautist ^^
Long or short videos are great, since the info is raw stats. Great video! Any inkling to make a video for Xiangli Yao's signature weapon? It seems baseline good to invest in more copies for it rather than his Eidolons. Well, on paper at least
You're like the first guide i've seen that actually explains why atk set is better on him than electro. it keeps getting mentioned with no explanation, as if this isn't the first character of note to use it.
Imo best guides for my fav gachas since ToF. They getting better and better plus super easy to understand but i prefer longer videos just because i get sad when videos end too soon haha
thank you math gremlin! short guide is not bad, though I'd personally prefer the nuance longers vids offer especially when it comes to teambuilding and rotations or teams without verina at least until 2nd verina comes out
Thank you for this, been wondering if I should spend my resources for him or save for the right one. For now I'll just gonna invest to him and skip everyone.
Maybe shorekeepers auto dodge feature will make Calcharro ULT great again. In anycase, the game is unfortunately too easy at lvl 90 if you have good builds, so Calcharro isn’t out in the cold yet.
I like the format but I also loved the guides on rotations and such and your in game examples made for high quality content. I hope you bring them back in seperate videos.
would love to know the difference btw jianxin and yinlin as sub dps since jianxin is the next alternative if you dont have yinlin, otherwise great video!
apparently you can swap cancel flautist rather consistently by holding the echo button while quickly swapping, maybe there's something to cook up with that info
It is already considered that you are instantly swapping it ! The problem is that it still requires you to devote a swap, meaning you either interweave it, or you end his field-time by swapping out of this instead of another skill~
You can always make two video, short early calculation and a week or two later after we get more info and practical test to do a deep dive would be ideal
I like this, a lot of it was pretty straightforward, going straight to the numbers. Thx again for still putting in 44111 comparisons to see how much I'm missing out on, while trying to grind for 43311 sets or if it's even worth it at all. The only thing I still kinda miss is the full team optimal rotation/rotation example, but I might be in the minority for that. Good vid regardless, Rip Calcharo 2024-2024.
you should make two videos with your math format. the tldr version during character drop and a long deep dive(similar to your encore video) a couple days later
I definitely want to cover more teamcomps as I get the chance to test them ! Jianxin is also an idea, but I wonder if she'll just have the same problem as Taoqi in being too slow to actually be practical...
@@Maygi Oh i see that would be very helpful thank you in advance. I was lucky enough to pull a few Marcatos so maybe jianxin works with R5 Marcato im not sure
Format is great. Buuuut my toilet visits are usually 2x as long, so it would be nice with a TLDR….. AND a Geeky version with off meta/niche builds / your personal input to fun factor / playstyle, swap cancel tech with Changli/Yinlin etc. I know you don’t like male characters much, so I hope shorekeeper + youyo (?) gets some longer cuts :-)
Moonlit! XLY's total damage output is much larger than Yinlin in this comp, so it's better to lose out on a portion of Yinlin's damage to buff XLY more ~
Lingering Tunes! Since it's better than VT at S0 in this setup, it'll only get even better because his sequences have several bonus damage modifiers in them that aren't as good with VT.
@@SavoryDreams Since there isn't a second 4-cost yet for LT, VT 44111 is actually a slightly stronger option! (LT would be better if it had one, but we'll have to wait for that to be a thing)
