This is enough. Anybody who has never heard of the name Jimmy Page or Led Zeppelin will still look up to know who is the guitarist and if they get to know no further even then they will conclude this is one the greatest guitarists at work!! Imagine being there and hearing this live!!! Jimmy Page was always so raw and so alive!!!!!
1973 Boston concert I got to seen Jimmy play this and he is so flawless the notes were exactly like the album that's when I knew how lucky I was to be there tickets five bucks Gen.admission
Rush.. Rush, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden made me start playing bass 20 years ago. No well, Hendrix actually was prior to that. everybody only gushes at the guitar, but the drums and bass were sweet as well
Many put Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton and Jimmy Hendrix on par or even better than Page. I don't. He's in a class of his own. Master technician and improviser. Those searing passes, the guitar almost crying, the work of a guitar genius. Nobody ever came close to the extended solo like we're hearing here.
No one expresses emotion and passion like Jimmy...I once read in a comment section that his guitar playing and Led Zeppelin in general taught the listener how to get in touch with his feelings. Powerful...
Damn wish plant didn’t have the flu this tour. Prob my fave tour regardless. Love this era too, JPJ kept NOQ shorter and no piano yet. Cool to hear how things evolved from start to end of the tour.
Almost forgot one of Mr. Page's great strengths: don't get carried away and burn out your front man. Especially when he's Mr. Robert Plant. John Bonham kills here.
Jonesy masterpiece....he transports me somewhere magical 💖💖💖
Was at this gig, totally mind blowing, one I will never forget.
Wow

Incredible talent in every one of them. Unequalled
Whoever posted this, Thank You.
They have a late 60's Miles Davis vibe on this one. My favorite version of this song.
A whole channel dedicated the genius of
no quarter , can’t believe it .
I start a celebration day channel .
Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. I´m reaching another dimension. Cheers!
Page is Hypnotic on this one. I could listen to this all day.

He is one of the greats, but is he better than Peter Green?
@@g2macs Why don't you conduct a survey on that?

15:27 what a drummer.
When he sems to be going double time like 90 seconds later is enthralling
a melhor banda de todos os tenpos
Jonesy's dark & moody Fender Rhodes solo is what draws me in.... 🎹
WOULD HAVE BEEN AMAZING TO WITNESS IN PERSON.

Let's get swimm! ❤️
I wish the drums were a little more up front like in their The Song Remains The Same version.
Jimmy’s solo didn’t get off the ground in this one..
Almost forgot one of Mr. Page's great strengths: don't get carried away and burn out your front man.

John Bonham kills here.
temasooooooooooooooo
Je préfère la version Madison Square Garden 73.
Self indulgent Jimmy brutalises another one of his own songs.
No one does it better.
jones masterpiece ? NO !! -- this is all page /Plant -- just check the songwriting credits -- huh ???
