In my city normal delivery 20-30k and c section 50-60k
I had my delivery 8 months ago via c section in apollo hospital. Total expenses for c section was around 1.7 lac. Service was good. I was in hospital gown only for 3 days bcz it was easy to feed on that. Nursing staff was also good for both me and my baby. Im at banglore and i have choosen cloud 9 instead of motherhood doctors and nurses are very professional but are costing same

Check for GYPSA insurance, it will cost quite less comparing to normal package
Our insurance provider doesn't fall under GYPSA and you can't just get any health insurance anytime and start availing benefits, there is a waiting period for 2 years in any personal health insurance + No personal health insurance covers maternity only corporate one does and that doesn't fall under GYPSA

Hamara toh Bajaj corporate insurance hai Company k taraf se. Baaki har corporate insurance cover karti hai maternity as far as I know.

Cloud9 is extraordinaryily expensive!!

Bajaj corporate insurance, Ye Angad k company se free ka hai we don't pay any premium for this. The personal medical insurance which we have , doesn't cover maternity. Only corporate one does.

as it is genetic, if it runs in your gene you will get it no matter what if it's not in your gene you won't get it. But still irrespective of situation apply coconut oil or some cream/ moisturizer so that it might appear less but still no guarantee, Trust me.

Lactation class me sab sikha denge, Saas ko kaum breast dikha k sikhta hai wo sab maa sikhate hai. Shona ki maa nahi hai toh better hai doctor se sikhe.

But in general I feel more than your own will and your husband support no one is needed. Less people less chaos and more mental peace. Once baby is born then gathering is good before that it's not needed but again not all can handle situations like we as a couple handle toh people generally need more people .
